They have done everything they can to make the process as difficult as possible forcing me to take my payout in crypto currency even though I do not own a crypto account and deposited my funds using a regular bank transfer. "Was contacted and asked to remove my review. I told them if I got my money back I would. Magically Victor contacted me again saying he had been off work I’ll, mmm, really! Their email arrived at 12:09 and I had missed two calls, one at 12:01 the other at 12:02, one straight after the other, this is their idea of “trying to contact me on multiple occasions”. I tried to call back at 12:13 but all I got was music. Quote from email below: “Kindly be advised that we have tried to contact you on multiple occasions via phone call” I emailed asking to be called again, which I believe they did at 12:38. I answered but it was just silence from the other end, an old trick to register a call. I have sent ten emails requesting a call back, all to no avail. The interesting thing is that I didn’t give my phone number to them so they must have got it from the information they hold when I joined marketmaster pros. So, marketmaster pros, why don’t you give it a proper go and call me again, or better still email a contact number that someone in your organisation will answer. Dear Michael,  We trust this email finds you well.   Kindly be advised that we have tried to contact you on multiple occasions via phone call to address and potentially resolve your concerns, however, we have been unable to reach you. As a result of the lack of response and inability to reach a satisfactory resolution, we have been unable to resolve the matter at this time.  Kindly be advised that should we not receive any response to our follow up correspondence, we will regrettably have to close the complaint due to unresponsiveness. We look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards, AGAIN I REITERATE, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY Not worth one star. Victor has lied to me from the start on numerous occasions, he told me I would lose all of my money if I didn’t add more, he pressured me to take out a loan promising I would be able to draw it back in three days, he hasn’t contacted me since and ignores my attempts to contact him. He pressured me into lying to the bank. He guaranteed me that my money was safe. He gave the guarantees on behalf of marketmasters pros. All of these conversations I have snapshots of. Then he wouldn’t call me or respond to me on WhatsApp, now, my account has disappeared. I have taken screenshots and recorded all of our conversations as proof. I have emailed marketmasters pros twice but they have not responded either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY By the way, I’m well into my 70’s and I told Victor that my deposit was all of my savings and he guaranteed me that I couldn’t lose it because of the way he would invest it. If you have invested, try and get your money back, good luck. If you’re thinking of investing, DON’T! MARKETMASTERPROS GO TO RESPONSE ON TRUST PILOT IS: “We’re sorry to see your review. After checking our records, we were unable to locate you as a customer.” I do have an account number and as I have previously stated I have taken snapshots of all of the conversations with the so called success manager"

"$20,000 mentorship + $10,000 lost in recommended algorithm, concerns about plausible commission driven trading (commission farming) - proceed with caution This is a genuine caution for anybody considering getting involved with market masters. This review reflects my personal experience.

 As people say, there are always 3 sides to a story (his, hers and the actual truth), it is for this reason I shall simply highlight the facts. 

Having cross paths with Ricky and met him in person, I agreed to pay him $20,000 USD for ‘mentorship’. The agreement was, that his mentorship would continue until I had simply accrued $20,000 in profit from trading. He mentioned numerous that there was a 100% guarantee if things didn’t work out, and unfortunately I took him on his word. 

From there, following his advice I placed $10,000 USD into his algorithm. I wasn’t at that point even familiar with the concept of trading bots, I was under the impression that I would learn how to manually trade. As it transpired, the bot crashed and blew the account. Now, that in itself totally accept, as I’ve discovered the hard way, algorithms do crash. They incredibly high risk. So with regards to the bot crashing, I took the risk, and lost the money. I infact never complained about this at all. Ricky was uncontactable for many days after this, and when I did finally get through to him, I even mentioned how I understood why it was probably best for him also to take a few days to work out what had happened.

 At this stage, after around 1 year, and having lost $10,000, I opened up the conversation to Ricky, that clearly things hadn’t worked out and I wanted to active the guarantee where we could agree on what was fair. Something we had spoken about in depth before. As it transpired he had no intention at all of refunding any of the $20,000. I reminded him, that again, the $10,000 lost in his algorithm, I completely accepted, but what was unacceptable was him going back on his word. So ultimately, under his ‘mentorship’ I gained no real insight into any trading secrets at all and lost another $10,000 in his algorithm.

 One additional concern I later became aware of is the possibility of commission-based incentives tied to trading volume, I.e. commission farming. I cannot verify with absolute certainly whether this directly applied in my case, however I understand that in some arrangements introducing brokers (IB’s, which Ricky was, with my respective broker) may receive compensation linked to trading activity, and receives commission whether the trade was a win or a loss. This raises a potential conflict of interest, as higher trading frequency may benefit the introducer regardless of client outcomes. I include this only as a concern for transparency, not as a definitive claim.

After months and months of trying to get him to activate the guarantee that he had promised, we had an agreement where he conceded that he would put in $10,000 of his own money, into a trading account and after 1 year I would receive the profit. This was under the proviso that I had full access to view the account, of course, or how else could I know? He informed me the money was in a trading account, but that the account itself was ‘locked’ and monetary values were private and hidden. Then a few months later, that the account had also blown. I’ve messaged him numerous times, to ask him simply for some account history or proof of transfer. But what can I expect?… he hasn't been willing to substantiate that he put $10,000 into the account.

I personally, also know someone very well who lost around $55,000 in his trading software. Ricky was again, uncountable for a number of days after this. But again, this was in using the software itself, and so one takes on the risk and has to accept the loss. This is why big banks term algorithmic trading as high risk.

For any reader who has had a similar experience, a good avenue to register the complaint is ic3.gov. It likely won’t get your money back, but it will at least highlight the pattern to the federal agencies concerned. As a final note, regarding his Instagram accounts, it’s quite evident most of his followers are bots, it’s easy to spot as most of them have all of their pictures uploaded on the same day."

"Warning, do your research and do not invest in the promise of fast gains through AI trading advertised on the internet at the end of January. I enquired on 3 different forms, which I later found were using the same false FCA number, was inundated with 15 calls in half an hour of making the enquiries. The charming sales traders used a very similar script, 2 gave me codes, one told me not to tell anybody, another definitely gave me a false name lifted from J P Morgan webb site. They were Market Master Pro, Spartanox and XTB and they were always on the phone for a very long time. This is a boiler room set up, the FCA mentions company clones and an address in Warsaw. You are pressured to open an account, they teach you how to invest more and more money via themselves, but when you have done further research and decided you want your money out either you don't hear from that trader again, you get others calling saying they are the manager of the original one and want to know what went wrong, and they will help you make more money. This morning I was told I had to trade on my inactive account in order to get my money back in about 10 days. As well you get so called Security/Fraud Recovery Companies calling to help you get your money back. Interestingly the traders warn against these rescuers, saying they are a scam. How did they get my name, the only place would be from the traders. I really admire the traders command of English, strangely all the names are English and I was told they were in Zurich. Just do a lot of research."
