Volgens DHL is het pakket niet goed geleverd (“receiver unknown”) en mijn adres blijkt niet te matchen met het zendingsnummer. Sindsdien probeer ik al dagen contact te krijgen met Medi-Market via e-mail, telefoon én chat, maar er komt geen enkele reactie. Telefonisch is het bedrijf onbereikbaar: de verbinding wordt verbroken, zelfs tijdens de aangegeven openingstijden. Ik heb begrip voor een fout in de bezorging, maar geen enkele vorm van klantenservice of communicatie is echt onacceptabel. Bestel hier alleen als je bereid bent om risico te lopen je geld kwijt te zijn. Ten days ago I placed an order, but the package never arrived. According to DHL, the shipment was marked “receiver unknown” and my postal code doesn’t match the tracking number. Something clearly went wrong with the delivery. Since then, I’ve tried contacting Medi-Market multiple times — via email, phone, and chat — but haven’t received any response. Phone calls get disconnected, even during their listed opening hours. A delivery issue can happen, but complete silence from customer service is unacceptable. Order here only if you’re willing to take the risk of losing your money."

"My parcel was supposed to arrive to the pick up point in Schumann.I have received a message from bpost that my parcel is available.I went to pick it up and the employees in Schumann said that my parcel wasn’t there and that the previous days the shop in Schumann was closed due to the summit.I called bpost and they said they would investigate.At the same time I wrote an email to Medi-Market customer service.After two days they replied that my parcel was delivered.Period.I asked them to contact Schumann Medi-Market to verify that the shop was closed and the parcel never arrived to the destination.No reply:(and by phone they have an automatic reply during the hours they should be available for phone calls. I feel very upset with the issue and I don’t know how to handle it. I thought Medi-Market was a reliable enterprise."
"Yesterday I went to pick up my order at the Bpost office located in Posthoflei 1, 2600 Antwerpen. One box was given to me and when I came back home and opened up the box I found that only ONE ITEM WAS IN IT !!! Only one bottle of Sanytol was in the box and the rest of my order was missing. I called customer service immediately but no one ever picked up ( calling time was around 11.00 am!!). Then we contacted you by email and Florence told us that my order was splitted in two boxes but we only received one barcode for picking up . After she said that, we sent another email asking if there was another barcode she could give us for the "SECOND BOX" but no answer came in and that was yesterday 1st of August at 11.21am. From that very moment nobody else has got in touch with us. Where are the rest of the items I paid??? I paid 57.06 euros to only get one liter bottle of Sanytol?? Who is gonna take my case seriously and will help me out? "Items order , paid and not delivered due to 3th party problem ,but it remains responsibility of the vendor. Customer service only responding in French ,not in Dutch ,and only with chat online. Items promised to be paid back , never seen the money back. Paypal payment now blocked. Let's see if we got now some respons. Shop on this site on your own risk , if it goes wrong ,you won't see the items ,neither the money back. Update : Paypal refund succeeded. It took a Paypal claim to get actually refunded ,which means I forced them for a repayment. Kudos for Paypal. So in total 1,5 month to get the money back , tons of mails , and top paypal claim. Lesson learned."
"I don't know how good the product is. but after ordering on this site with a credit card in the amount of 72€. Bala committed the theft of funds in the amount of 309 €. I don’t know if this is somehow related to the fact that I entered the data and the secret code of the credit card or not. But I won't be ordering from sites I don't understand anymore."
