I have already opened a formal complaint with them (Complaint #2396), but despite sending 4 follow-up emails over the last month, I have received ZERO human response. It is unacceptable for a precious metals dealer to ignore customers after taking their money. My final deadline of 20.02.2026 has passed without any resolution. The value of the missing item is 92.10 EUR. It has been over a month, and they are essentially withholding my funds without any explanation. I am now proceeding with a formal complaint via ECC-Net and a bank payment recall. Avoid this company if you expect basic customer service or full delivery of your paid items. UPDATE (March 17, 2026): The issue has been successfully resolved. I have finally received the missing silver coin, and the company also included a music CD as a gift and apology for the delay. While the initial communication was non-existent and the process took much longer than expected, I appreciate that the company eventually took responsibility and made it right. I have informed my bank and ECC-Net that the matter is settled."
