"The Managers are approchable and respectful. The Environment is professional anf FLEXIBLE and Payment is legit AND quite good. Best part is the volume of work is good and it does feel like a community though the time given for the tasks is unrealistic but the high pay rates kind of makes up for it. At the end of the day, its a business of Labour arbitrage so they have to make money on the labour to be competitive and profitable. So that unrealistic AHT is understandable to keep the business alive. Initially when you are onboarded it does feel very lonely unless the first huddle where you see Human interactions happening. So their initial humanless onboarding does make you feel lost but then, it is the way it is. You learn to be disciplined and follow instructions to the T and need to be a little DIY kind of person without much hand holdings. But its real boon for a lot of talented folks who hate the travel to work time slaughter."

The application is highly resource building towards self-building and thinking towards structured and thought out answers within a specific required amount of time. Although Zara is presenting questions at high speed that leaves me befuddled and scrabbling for the written form of the question."

"Well the AI agent after my every response, always appreciated and gave me the false vibes that I did very good for each question but in reality when I finished the test, I did not get certify. The AI should either give honest feedback or not give any feedback."

"They are a scam. It’s all fake. The UI/UX is not conducive for a successful interview because you’re talking to their famous/infamous AI Zara. No one will reply to your emails. You will never get a proper explanation. Why in the theory you failed when they are actually asking you to do work for free. During the live interview, I was supposed to write something and I didn’t have any space to write because it was not a chat and in theory you need to share your screen so they can see everything and when I ask Zara, she said “I don’t have access to see your screen. “ when I asked for a detailed explanation of why I didn’t pass my interview when I have 25 years of experience and I know because it was someone next to me, listening that I answered every question perfectly, except the question where I had to write, and I made it very clear to Zara that it is not the same to have the time to write delete and we write, but that I was going to try my best to form the thoughts in my head and express that idea verbally. In the two interviews that I had the AI cut the interview when I was still talking. The people that supposedly work there ignore me when I tried to contact them on LinkedIn. They are a scam!!! Do not waste your time. They are using people with the so-called test to get work done for free to train AI."
