"From my own research and experience, I found some serious red flags: they don’t appear to have regulation from any widely recognized financial authority, and there’s no transparency around who their liquidity providers are. They also don’t make it clear whether trades are actually going to the market (A-Book) or just internalized (B-Book). That raises the concern that client orders may never reach a real market. What really stood out is that they promote themselves as “Most Trusted Forex Broker in Asia” based on an award that I couldn’t verify anywhere else. Interestingly, other brokers claim the exact same title, which makes the award look more like a paid promotion than a genuine industry recognition. For anyone considering them: do your due diligence and be cautious before depositing funds."
"I live in the US and my overall experience with MotFunds has been a rollercoaster of positive and negative feelings. While I enjoyed what MotFunds has to offer to their customers, I was also disappointed by some of their conduct. The great things about MotFunds are that they often offer promo codes, their spread is relatively small and convenient, their server is comparatively fast, and their telegram channels offer insightful market overviews by two seasoned traders which offers a great advantage to an extent compared to others in the industry. When it comes to pros and cons, their products offer more advantages than disadvantages. However, what left me truly dissatisfied is the support team. In February, following MetaQuotes’ decision to halt its services to prop firms and clients based in the US, I’ve been in close contact with the support team and patiently waiting for MotFunds to migrate to cTrader so that I can finally start trading on my challenge accounts. However, despite the completion of this migration, I didn’t receive any email with my account credentials. Signing in to cTrader with the same gmail didn’t work. I’ve watched all the instructions on their Youtube channel, contacted the support team several times and I was assured that they’re currently working on the issue and that it’ll be fine. As I mentioned above, I’ve been waiting for them to migrate to cTrader since February and they changed the date of migration from early April to May 1st to May 13th. It’s now been almost 3 days since I was informed by the support team that they’re working to fix the issue and I still don’t have my accounts’ credentials. I have 2 $300k pro challenge account by the way (acc #1: 910359, acc #2: 921901). Now the support team is not even responding to my chats and completely ignoring me. This is not the first time they’re disappearing when things seem to get a little complicated. It is, indeed, true that their support team lacks big time in terms of meeting the need of their customer. It’s almost as if they don’t care. At this point I don’t know what to do. I will update my review based on how they handle my situation. All in all, MotFunds will offer you great advantages, all the things I mentioned earlier (especially the market overviews by well renowned reputable traders). But, if there occurs an uncommon issue with your account that needs help from the support team, I wish you a good luck because you better be prepared for delayed responses and resolution times. It may take hours for them to respond and probably days until they start to finally take it into consideration and fix it. UPDATE: Shortly after this, I received contact from a member of the support team who communicated in a professional manner, and my issues were swiftly resolved. As I stated above, MotFunds’ advantages outweigh the disadvantages. In addition to the array of advantages I've previously outlined, it's worth noting their provision of both one-stage and two-stage challenges. Moreover, they've introduced Master Live accounts, a recent innovation that eliminates the necessity of completing the one-stage and two-stage challenges altogether and enables you to get live account directly. Overall, highly recommended, the only concern is that the customer service may occasionally be lacking."

Two failed (that’s on me), but I was about to pass the $100K Swing Challenge — when support suddenly told me: ❌ “We no longer accept traders from the U.S. due to C-Trader regulations.” …AFTER I passed. 😤 But here’s the kicker: ✔️ The **CEO of MOTFunds personally confirmed in their Telegram channel that they accept U.S. traders — I have the screenshot. They openly promoted this in June 2024. So which is it? ✅ You take my money knowing I’m U.S.-based ❌ You let me run challenges and only reject me when I’m ready for payout ❌ You only refund the active account, not the ones you should’ve never sold me in the first place This is deceptive, unprofessional, and shady. No real firm should operate this way. Let’s not forget: 💀 MOTFunds is backed by MOTFX, a Mongolia-based broker with no solid regulation and a bad rep for account bans and payout delays. If you’re a serious trader — especially from the U.S. — DO NOT trust this firm. There are plenty of legit firms out there with fair rules, real regulation, and clean payout history. "Probably the funding platform with most forgiving rules. They have 5% daily loss limit and 12% total loss limit. Still trading on my Live account since October 2023. Withdrawals are fast through my local bank account. Could add crypto withdrawal and customer service could improve more."
