"Do not order from Muraad . It is a scam. I ordered an outfit and paid £34 . They sent a ripped / damaged item. After several emails i was told to return the item so i could get a refund. But after receiving the return Muraad stopped responding to my emails . No refunds either. Save your money ! Do not order from this fake website! Scammers ! Taking people’s hard earned money and doing fraud."
"Absolutely ridiculous customer service. When my order did not arrive I tried to contact them for an explanation. Only after I sought help from my bank did they begin to communicate with me. I would not recommend this website. The item which I did receive was very poor Quality. The website is misleading, item was nothing like the video or pictures on the website."
