"We bought what should have been a trust brand from them. The drill bits bent when we used them. I sent photos and an explanation. The whole situation was handled exceptionally quick and painless. The manufacturer took the remaining bits back and issued replacements for the complete order. Mutual Screw facilitated the whole process and made it easy. Everything was replaced in about a week back in February. Can't thank them enough. I've used them for years. Just ordered another 100 bits, but we are using their recommended brand as they are better. Thanks for always being quick and helpful."

"Hello , Bad place to do business with . Advertise non-existent products. No advance warning you are placing an order for items that is out of stock . Then they offer a inferior product , and lower value too . That is called bait-and-switch . To cover their behinds...they suddendly claim items are all of stock and will place a store credit on file . That was 6 months ago . Today , all items are now in stock...surprise surprise . Never made a attempt to finish my order , no e-mails or phone calls . When I found out about items in stock and demanded to have my order completed , I was told I would have to pay shipping...again . Of course my store credit only covers the items value , not including the [ original ] shipping cost . So that means I over paid for shipping the first time around ( short / smaller order means less shipping cost right ? ) Now wants me to pay again ?? I demanded a REFUND AND NOT PLAY THIS GAME ANY LONGER . That was 6 months ago . After many more e-mails and phone calls , I was assured a refund check will be sent . I got the check..... THEY NEVER SIGNED THE CHECK...IT IS USELESS . Not only is that RUDE , it is also could be criminal . I have to fight with this place some more just to get a $18 refund . All this lingering aggrevation over a roll of specialised tape . stay away from this place ."

"This is the first time I bought something from Mutual Screw & Supply; they were one of the few companies that came up in my search carrying the product I was interested in, so I gave them a try. I thought it was a nice touch to follow-up my order with a personal email introducing me to my account manager, and shortly before receiving the product, I received a follow-up invoice to the one I received immediately after my order. In sum, my brief experience with Mutual Screw & Supply was positive, leaving me with the impression that this is a very professional company that takes their mission seriously. On the other hand, I did have to wait for the product for more than a week, and I didn't get a tracking email---as far as I remember--which may have helped alleviate some of my anxiety. Just before getting the product, I did receive what seemed like an automated email asking me if I got the product, which sort of increased my anxiety. Otherwise, I am happy with my experience."

"I understand items take time to come in but when my order was placed, I never received anything from this company telling me an expected delivery date. I have to keep calling to speak with someone about when my item will be shipped to me. The turn around time is ridiculous. I am now at 13 day lead time for my item and that not the ETA for it to arrive to me that the expected time of arrival for it to get to their facility. Then I have to wait for them to ship it to my company. Spent over $300 and was hoping to be able to use them for future orders but that turn around time is too long for simple items and not only is the turn around to long but no one bothers to update you with expected time of arrival."
