It is one of our key HSQE and document control centres, we use it for all of our Non-conformance reporting, Approved Supplier information and certificates maintenance, Audits - both site and project based audits, Staff Training records. There are more facilities that we do not utilise currently. We find the platform really easy to use to update, upload documents, get reports, etc, etc. The Customer Service support is excellent, the Team are always on hand to advise and assist, whether that is by phone, email or direct from the online centre."

"The My Compliance system is a great tool that covers a very wide range of Health Safety and Environmental functions. The system goes wider than that with the introduction of Job management, permit management etc. Its worth a look if you are looking for a fully featured EHS management system at a fraction of the price of others on the market. I have implemented this system in two roles at two different companies and have found the system and support to be really great. The best part is you can customise the system without paying for simple modifications like adding a field to a form. The whole support team are great but a shout out to Matt who has been really instrumental in getting me up and running."
"What a great system. Helps me with my everyday needs for compliance e.g. asset manager reminds me every month when I need LOLERs done. Notifications when training is due or I can check the dashboard and look at what's due over the next few months. Matt has been great going over the modules and then helping me get what I need out the system. (Actions, NCs, Legal Register, Permits, COSHH, Incidents to name a few!) I cannot recommend MY Compliance enough."
"We have been with My Compliance now for the last 18 months and I have to say life as a SHEQ Manager is so much easier with the help of MYC. Don't get me wrong it is definitely a case of the more you put in the more you get out but the end goal is really worth it. Clients love the fact we have control of all matters compliance and they particularly like the generation of QR codes for Coshh Assessments, Training records. Incidents /accident and near miss reporting has been transformed with the use of the apps. When it comes to audit time the auditors love the ease in which we can evidence compliance using MYC. When it comes to support, the team get five stars, if we have an issue they embrace the challenge and with the support from their development team find a quick solution. All in all only good things have come from us being with MyCompliance."
