The interface is very easy to use and do the basics with. Also giving an overview of the current status. Customer service has always been very helpful and open to comments about improvement, which they have been doing for a while now. Did have to contact them to change some things in my account, which I had hoped I would be able to do myself in the app, however I was professionally helped with clear instructions and details. Definitely a recommendation with some room of improvement with perhaps the offer in functionality in the app/website for future products.

I opened anaccount with Brand new day. The account was not activated even after more than a month. Everytime the reason wasthere was more information required. Every time feedback was a couple of weeks down the line. Frustrating experience. Hence requested the non-active account to be removed. After coupleof weeks Brand New Day customer service has the cheek to call and ask for Absolutely rubbish service.

I've been investing with Brand New Day for 5+ years and I never had a single issue. They once contacted me when I once did something that was against their Acceptable Use Policy (I didn't know back then) but they simply contacted me and once I corrected it all was fine. I have worked for a broker that would immediately freeze your money for about 90 days but luckily not this broker. There are real people working at customer service and you can easily add or withdraw money. If I could give this broker a 10-star review I would. Obviously you can lose money through investing and withdrawing takes a couple of days, but that's normal. Thank you so much for providing excellent service!
