Ordered from them before. Very happy with customer service experience. Polite, to the point and efficient. Very happy with delivery and timescales. Only thing I would say is I find the quality of the sofas are not as good as other retailers. Do not seem as durable and first sofas we had did not last very long, I fear this new one will not either.

From the very first phone call, whichever lady you spoke too they were extremely helpful and friendly. Our sofa is fabulous, for £500 you could afford to replace it yearly! We would highly recommend them. Delivery men don't speak much English so are a tad on the quite side but they did their job, they work for another company.

I'm not going to lie the sofas are great and well worth the money it's the delivery company that are rubbish we ended up waiting three weeks for our sofas, we paid the extra money for in house two man delivery and they were just crap, they lost yea lost one of the sofas then when they finally delivered it basically chucked it the lounge didn't assemble it, didn't take the boxes this delivery company let Next day sofas image slip drastically.

Bought a 3 and 2x2 leather sofas. Only used for 3 months and the 3 seater is being binned. The stuffing collapsed and horrendous quality. Guess you get what you pay for. Now ordered from a genuine leather company.

Fitted into the tight space I'd allocated exactly (so measurements were spot on!) And I'm now the envy of all my friends. Complaint against Next Day Sofa I purchased a set of sofas (one 3-seater and one 2-seater) from Next Day Sofa. After only 6 months of use, the 3-seater sofa developed a defect. A technician was sent to my home and the company promptly replaced the sofa. However, after 1 year and 2 months, the 2-seater sofa developed the exact same issue. Another technician came to assess it and informed me that the sofa would likely be replaced, as it was a similar defect to the previous one. To my surprise, I later received a call from the company saying they would not replace the sofa, accusing me of having damaged it with a key. This accusation is completely unfounded and unacceptable. I have always taken great care of my furniture, and it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect or poor product quality. I am extremely disappointed with the company’s stance. At first, they showed good customer support, but now they refuse to take responsibility for the defect. I feel disrespected as a customer and harmed by this lack of care. I strongly urge Next Day Sofa to reconsider this decision and honor their commitment to quality and respect for the customer. Otherwise, I will take the necessary steps to protect my consumer rights.
