While I was hesitating between this product and one of their competitor's, nFIXED guys never pressured me and tried to demonstrate by technical arguments that their product was better (and I have to admit that they were right). I have an issue and a headache with the bycycle's saddle post for a while, after contacting about 5 selers, I was getting nowhere, just more fedup and frustrated.
