You created huge hype by saying you were looking for traders and would provide training and a funded opportunity. Now, after completing the process, users are being asked to pay a $50 activation fee. If activation fees were always part of the plan, it should have been disclosed clearly from the beginning instead of promoting it as "free" multiple times. Transparency builds trust. After passing Phase 1, you are required to pay a fee. So how can this be called a free account? Point 1 is a misleading promise. If this is NYS's commitment, then I don't think it reflects well on the company. It seems more focused on growing its business by attracting customers with misleading claims than on being transparent with its traders. As soon you pass the phase one there's activation fee and you don't know that if you will get the payout or not as it's new in market. "NYS Market is a scam. During their live session, they repeatedly claimed that they had fewer rules and no hidden rules. They kept emphasizing that there were no hidden conditions, and that was the main reason I purchased their Instant Account. However, after buying the account, I saw that it clearly mentioned a 3% daily loss limit and 2–3% risk per trade. But the moment I placed my very first trade, my position was automatically closed at around -1%, and my Instant Account was marked as breached. To make things worse, the email they sent didn't clearly explain what actually happened. Instead, they vaguely mentioned that I had breached one or two additional rules without providing proper clarification. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that no one buy their bundles, offers, or funded accounts until they provide complete transparency and clear explanations of all their rules."
