Had a great experience with One Day Test, the turnaround time was quick and I love the fact that you can ask for a Doctor to look them over and report back to you.

I have my blood tests taken here because it is conveniently close to where my partner lives. Overall, the service is good, and email communication for queries is satisfactory. However, accessing my results was initially frustrating due to the repeated requirement to enter a passcode at nearly every step. I had to input it five or more times just to print out my results, which feels completely unnecessary. I did eventually access copies through my personal “hub” thanks to the reply to my feedback. In addition, I have had blood tests taken elsewhere where a doctor provided a brief written review of my results, which was helpful moving forward. To receive anything similar with Onedaytest you would have to pay over £80 if you need clarification. This seems unreasonable given the importance of a clear interpretation of results. Otherwise a friendly, helpful service.

I did the ultimate performance in Southampton and it was fantastic. I could park right outside the venue, it was really smart and Vivian the nurse who took my blood was lovely and I can’t believe the whole process was over in 10 minutes. I got all of my results around 24 hours later and the platform is very insightful and not too overwhelming. Most of my markers were normal but my cholesterol was really high and a few other similar related markers. I will test soon again to see if I’ve managed to lower them. Thank you so much!

The test ordering and blood collection was easy to set up. The blood samples were taken at a time and place convenient to me within a day of the order being placed. The location was Chesterton Road, Cambridge, into which the staff had moved recently. This was a more convenient location, for me, than the previous Cambridge address. The results were returned to me by secure email within 24-48 hours of collection. The results were supplied with appropriate reference ranges and full explanation. An option for a consultancy with a physician was available although I did not use this service on this occasion.

At the end of a dental appointment preparing for implants I was asked what my calcium and vit D levels were. Having no idea I search ed the internet and found One Day Tests happened to have a service close to a train station I was passing that afternoon I did struggle with their website but eventually placed my order and made my appointment. I was worried about finding the location, but if it had been any closer to the station, it would have been inside it really easy. The second I opened the door the nurse who had been assigned my appointment greeted me and took the blood in no time (I still had a lot of time to wait for my train) By the time I looked at my eMails the next morning the results were there Amazing, well done, especially the team at the London Liverpool Street - note to the web development team, I found it very very difficult to order to two specific tests I wanted to have run
