Naomi was amazing! She walked me through the loan process and I could hear the smile on her face! She was so helpful, we had computer problems and she very patiently solved them. I definitely will be back for all my loan needs!

Bait and switch. If i could give them a ZERO, I would. I applied for a debt consolidation loan from another company and was denied based on my debit to income ratio (yes it's high with high interest rates, thus the need for a consolidation loan) and was sent to OneMain Financial to try again. I entered the information requested, was approved for a loan at a slightly decreased amount and told that all looked good, just needed final approval - never did it say in writing or on the phone that the "approval" was contingent. I had to agree to a full hard pull of my credit and agree to allow OneMain to share my information to other creditors to move to the last step. The next day, they informed me that I wasn't actually approved. So I don't have the consolidation loan but I do have a hard pull on my credit which will only make it go lower AND I am now getting upwards of 20 calls/texts per days from other companies, not to mention the number of mailers I get every day. I couldn't be more disappointed and feel lied to and cheated.

Sales tactics and time wasting. After approving you they force you to take a 30 min phone call so they can try to upsell you on promotional nonsense, add ons and other such things. 3 months in now. Paying on time, these sales hungry money grabbing obnoxious people call me weekly trying to get me to take more loans or add insurance. I will be paying off this loan ASAP so they get less interest money because they don't deserve any profit. And I will never use them again. Hopefully no one else will use them either. This company preys on those who are in need and then subjects them to nuisance behaviors.

The customer service was terrible. They have terribly attitudes, especially Debbie who answered my call. I was trying to ask questions and wasn’t fully understanding what she was meaning and she was very nasty.
Keshia made our experience great and helped us get a great loan. It was more than we thought we would be able to get. The payments are very affordable.
