"Used OnePay.lk IPG for around two years on their basic package and later upgraded to a paid plan for six months, with the understanding that we could return to the basic package afterward. When the six months ended, an agent contacted us asking for another payment to keep the service running. There was no proper explanation that the basic plan had apparently been discontinued, and we received no prior email, WhatsApp notification, or formal notice about the change. Our account was then disabled without warning. For a company that talks about transparency, the communication was very disappointing. The agent gave different answers at different times, and when he could not clearly answer our questions, he simply stopped responding. We were also charged a setup fee when the IPG was initially configured. At the time, the availability of the basic package was part of what made that setup arrangement acceptable to us. If you use OnePay, I strongly recommend keeping a backup payment gateway and getting all package terms and promises in writing. I would not rely on them as the only IPG for a business."
