Communication with Online Home Shop was easy and very helpful. I brought the sienna crushed velvet Dark Grey pair of curtains. They are true to size and looks beautiful, feel like crushed velvet. I love them. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Absolute joke. Order didn’t get delivered. Contacted customer services. Takes 24 hours to reply asking if I want a refund or order re-dispatched but would need to allow 6 days for delivery. I requested the order be resent but using next day delivery (a service they offer at a premium). Took another 24 hours to reply even though I promptly replied on receipt. Surprise surprise my items are out of stock so they just refunded. I went on their website and not all the items are out of stock but they have gone up in price so along with that and the fact they didn’t want to do an express delivery they just chose to cancel my order!! No respect for the time I spent searching through the website or the time I spent waiting for the items!! Plus the customer service message was RUDE!!!!!! Appalling customer service!!!

K I’ll try to contact someone here, seeing as I can’t on the website, as all there is under Contact Us is a third party AI Chat Bot that hasn’t been trained sufficiently to deal with my unforeseen circumstances. The weighted blanket I bought is not fit for purpose, it has a hole somewhere, the insides are leaking out, and I wish to return it, BUT the cringingly poor AI Bot makes a booking for a carrier return assuring me that the carrier will have all the necessary labels, I wait in all day, and on arrival the carrier hasn’t the faintest idea what it’s talking about. It’s tried this twice now and I’m not happy to go through the entire process yet again. It’s there waiting, it’s all packed up, I have a right to return it because it is faulty, I have shown the dumbass bot photos to prove it and even it agrees, now, can any humans at OHS please break the insufficiently trained bot’s malfunctioning feedback loop and sort out whatever it is that is what’s causing the issue with getting the necessary effing labels please!
My order was missing some pieces and a quick email to customer service as everything ressolved rest quickly. Can not fault the service I was given. Have even ordered more items. Great customer service

Shocking !!! Fabric is cheap , I’ve ordered a table which was £35 and it’s arrived scuffed and damaged so I can’t even put it together !! Sent 3 emails for a refund so far and had no reply !

It's a shame I even had to select 1 star. I do not recommend this company. You pay for next day delivery as you require the items in an emergency. You don't receive them the next day. When you try to contact the company no one gets back to you. Yodel delivered my items to the wrong address and then told me it was my fault for not being in? I waited in all day for two days, no knock at the door. Just excuses. Do not use this company or Yodel! Extremely upset and disappointed.
Your customer service is excellent. Very helpful and polite. The delivery company left my parcel at another property I did not recognise and were not helpful in the least at recovering it. I would like to thank your staff at ohs for sending out a replacement.
I have ordered at least 6 Duvet covers and I was very pleased with them all. The only thing that spoils shopping at OHS is the choice of delivery Yodel. Thankfully my latest order was delivered by Evri with out any issues.

Been asked to leave a review whilst only half my items received - waiting 2 weeks having paid expansive postage. No sign of the items - Yodel are so unreliable but still used by this company. Don’t waste your money - pay a bit more from other stores to get your items
