Made a good deal
On October 10 the money is still not transferred to my credit card. The process is very slow.
I did not receive an answer to my question concerning the wrong shown amount. Also the case has been closed from your side without having the possibility to ask when exactly I may expect the payment. Answers are from a bot and not a human.
Takes far too long. If you state you'll get a refund if not sent in 24h, the refund shouldn't take 8 days. Thats just interest stealing while you allready got pat a percentage for your service. Thievery!
Stay away of any payment method related to this company. They are the payment partner used by online platforms that are involved in scams such as direct payment made via Marktplaats. Scammers run away with your money and they will just say sorry to you. Customer support is 100% useless
My issue was not resolved. They didn’t get back to me or update me on anything and I haven’t been refunded yet.

The platform looks outdated and clunky. The interface is terrible. They promised to refund my money, then closed the chat so I couldn’t contact them anymore. It’s been a week, and I still haven’t received the refund.
A fast return of my money, ik expected it was gonna be a 1 month ordeal, but it was resolved Quick.
This compamy is a total scam, I bought a PlayStation on 2dehands and the sellers is ignoring me and refusing to send me what I paid for using since it is secure and your money should be safe with them until you receive the good, well guess what? They are now telling me the money has been sent to the seller and that they can't do nothing for me, with very COLD feelings, you have been scammed, get over it, we're done. Everyone reading this, think twice before using their service, they will drop you easily once you complain.

The problem with a canceled transaction and my locked account at Kleinanzeigen (???) was resolved quickly and I got my money back.
Communication takes a long time and I pay a large fee even though the seller never even tried to send it. When I received a automatic message that the seller had to use the label within one day or else I would receive a full refund I was hopeful but nothing actually happened and I had to start a case myself.
