"Awful customer service, outdated app that often doesnt work. Unable to solve the matters (applying for cards etc) on the app, have to call and wait for 20 min in line, which is ofc charged. Sent me a message that my salary is a suspicious transaction and they they asked why I transfer money to my another bank. Coz your services and app are bad"

"I got health insurance for me and my wife from OP. After a few months, my wife had a cyst to remove, but they refused to reimburse us the 620€ cost. Their reason was that my wife had told a gynochologist 3 years ago that she MIGHT have a cyst (which she didn’t that time) before we applied for insurance so the cyst was there alreadly! This is such a lie and pure accusation. We asked them to send us proof for that but they said they cannot send any documents. I don’t recommend anyone get health insurance from OP because it is a scam in the end."

"The OP Uusima experience is one I would never wish on anyone. They ask you to be owner cuatomer so you would have fees ghat would be paid from the interest earned on your initial 100 euro deposit. what they don't tell you is that they will take fees and reduce all the money in your account until there is nothing. Op is another tool of the finnish to help move you off the country. You may fool some of the people some of the time, but your business will fail if you continue this behaviour. How many new native finns do you attract to your bank."

"My two negative experiences with OP almost at the same time. 1) Without them even noticing me, my ID number list was going to stop functioning (due to unknown reason), making it potentially impossible for me to access the internet bank. Although I pay a monthly fee for internet bank access, they charged me 8€ for a new list. This extra charge is not even mentioned in their service charge price lists. 2) They stole 551€ from my bank account and lied about it! I have an automatic payment for the OP-Bank MasterCard credit card. They billed and paid the credit card payment twice from my bank account. When I called them and asked why, they refused to admit that they had done it! They lied that I had myself paid the bill twice. This is not even possible, as the credit card bills are automatically paid when they arrive. The internet bank has proof of this and I got two separate email messages on two consecutive days that the bill arrived and was paid automatically, without me doing anything. I have stopped automatic payments and stopped using the OP Mastercard, and will do more actions. This bank can not be trusted!!"
"I am a Pohjola customer for more than 20 years. I was happy with Pohjola and still I am but I'm just surprised with their professionalism right now. My son called them to say that he doesn't need anymore the home insurance, they said everything is fine, there is no more home insurance but is still coming the invoice to pay, even if he called again and they say, again, that he does not have to pay anything. This is the 3rd time that the invoice is coming. What is happening with Pohjola?"

"As I just relocated to Finland I can say I have had only amazing experiences when dealing with people and businesses. It is sad that one that was so important for me, as it is required to have strong identification that would let me rent an apartment, was the only awful experience so far. The bank has a beautiful landing page in English dedicated to those moving to Finland. Unfortunately, it is just marketing. After a week!!!! they wrote me requesting something else. I explained I didn't have that, and asked about options and some very specific direct questions. I NEVER heard from that Madeleine who wrote the email again. I sent another application, as it was one option in their first response. This time I didn't get even a first reply. It cost 2 weeks of my time. I am now 10 days from my due date to rent an apartment, I don't have strong identification yet and had to find another bank. In summary, I am .... Maybe, in the end, they don't like foreigners and are just a xenophobic bank. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!"

Considering the type of your car's damage the repairing should take approximately 2 days maximum, so we recommend to arrange for example your grocery shopping that you don't have to go shopping during that max. 2 days. However will cover taxi costs between your home and repair shop when you leave the car to be repaired and later when you are going to pick up your car. We will pay the compensation during the days your car is being repaired. I never saw a message like that, only people studying and working can get a replacement car, my car was damaged, it was parking. i have heathy issues and my son plays Ice hockey, I need a car. "If I could give a no star rating it would be too much. I bought a new phone and to ad the OP app to my new phone I have to confirm with the number that is in the app. The number no longer exists. So the app says I must call to remove that number. So I call OP customer services today and I held on for 30 minutes before I spoke to Laura. I authenticate and identify myself for another 7 minutes and guess what she says I must go into the branch to remove the number because I only have one account.. How rediqulous is this. So I have to go to the branch sit there and wait and do all this again. Just to remove my old number and I already loaded my new number.. It's rediculous man!!! 😡🤯😱"
