"Website is shitty, has a lot of bugs, it looks like their main aim is to steal your personal information for training or even worse, sell your analytics. Be careful!"

"The service was not expected. I experienced delays and would appreciate faster response and better communication. I hope the company can improve it's customer support"

"This is genuine platform"
"The learning curve is steep and it is exciting to create tasks, design criteria and build evaluations. The platform is very well designed, and payment process is transparent, you see what is tracked and they pay on-time. The pace is fast and you need to have strong time commitment, discipline and focus to be able to perform."
"Communicate and response time varied and often the workflow not clear. Application process and hiring manager communication specifically could be improved."
"Happy about tasks, response time, payment, and communication."

"No experience"
"OpentrainAI has a wonderful team and it was great working with them. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to complete the assignment but I was provided great support at every step. The training they provide and their effort level is admirable. The payments were not disputed and were always on time. Thanks"
"This site is a scam. It takes your resume and then redirects you to mercor.com for for an AI interview that must be completed before submission. Mercor claims your data will not be used to train AI models but the entire company is an AI training company."
"After I clicked to submit a proposal for a job, I was asked to do a live screening voice interview, but the interview wouldn’t start! It kept showing “connecting” for nearly 40 minutes, I got tired of refreshing the page, had to close it. Your platform is seriously lagging, you people really need to do better. I reported the problem right there but no response."
"I’ve had a very positive experience working with OpenTrain AI. The projects have been interesting, well structured, and relevant to real professional expertise rather than feeling like repetitive task work. The instructions are generally detailed and clear, which makes it easier to understand what is expected and produce work to the right standard. I also appreciate the way more complex projects are broken into defined stages, with clear quality expectations. Communication and response times have been good, and my experience with the payment process has also been straightforward. What I particularly value is the opportunity to work on challenging projects where subject-matter knowledge, judgement, and attention to detail actually matter. Overall, OpenTrain AI has felt professional, organised, and respectful of contributors’ expertise. I would be happy to continue working with them and would recommend the platform to other experienced professionals looking for meaningful AI-related project work."
"I’ve had a great experience with OpenTrain AI. The pay is great, and the training helped me feel prepared and confident in the work. I really appreciate the opportunity and would recommend OpenTrain AI to others."

"I love this website"

"I submit proposal and the AI interview for 6 jobs before more than week. But still the 4 jobs status are "Pending Review" and the 2 jobs status are "Under Review " for about 4 days.Opentrain AI must solve the problem of Reviewing proposal by employer. The jobs are ghost jobs."

"It is superb they used new technologies"
"Very poor experience. I was made to work hard and never got compensated for my work even after approval"

"I passed the first screener. Then i got a notification that i had progressed tio the 2nd screener. Then a few minutes later I got a message that due t the inability to confirm my location - my contract had been cancelled. This is all after I had been verified using a third party service before the contract even began - before i had even gotten access to the first screener. And since then no one has bothered to respond or explain how even after a third party verification it was somehow determined that my location could not be verified."
"Weekly payments, long term projects."
