For nearly a month I’ve been unable to log in to my account or withdraw my funds. I can’t make any withdrawals or do anything to fix the issue. I’ve contacted support several times but haven’t received any reply. It’s very frustrating and disappointing to see such poor customer service. This level of service is unacceptable. I have waiting for over 4 months for a $3000 withdrawal request (April to June for my transfer request and then June to now for the withdrawal request of my transfer request) and have been pushed to the side and ignored. Again, I have seen via their discord that people have had their transfer and withdrawal requests approved within a week where as majority of the traders don’t get seen after months of waiting. They also had 2 migration/dashboard issues since I joined in March this year Whenever you reach out their support team, they don’t even know when traders would be paid. I was told by Sam from Optimal that it "would take 1/2 weeks" from 11 August that it would get sorted. We now mid September (I have the discord ticket for proof of conversation). They have also told me to “have patience” but on their website faq, it state 3 days for approval. I have reached out at least 7 times between 14 April and today (18 September) on updates and have also emailed them multiple times with no response. This is unacceptable and I thought this whole experience would improve since my last review which was in June.

my experience with Optimal has not been positive but not negative either, I can only say, it is a growing company and the staff does everything to make it grow. There are many stringent rules, but they train you as a trader to be consistent. I bought a 1-step algo of 200k. The only thing is the payout times are long, but I'm sure that's something that the staff will fix. I repeat, it's improving. Now I have requested payouts, they are still transferring the funds to my wallet. I will update you when the funds from my first payout have arrived, and obviously I will raise my rating by one star if they arrive this month. On 01/07 the transfer was done and they were honest in calculating the trades, for this I will add a star, if the payment will be made within this month I will put 5 stars. It's July 31st, and they haven't given me any payouts yet. Sam promised me that the payout has been prioritized. For now, I'm downgrading it by two stars. If the payout arrives in this first week, I'll be happy to raise it. The team is very efficient in communicating on Discord, but I believe there are serious problems with this company, which has a lot of backlog. We'll see, and I'll keep you updated. 11/08 Unfortunately it's been over a week and they still haven't paid, Sam says he'll pay me within the week every week, I'll keep you updated On 14/08, as agreed with Sam, who proved to be a truly reliable person, I was paid. I'm giving this company two stars solely because of Sam's reliability, a great person. I hope this company continues to grow because, all things considered, the trading conditions aren't bad at all. I think they're solving the payout problem. It's 17/09 unfortunately I have to update my review again. Sam, Lewis, and Azlan have been absent lately. They've been updating for almost three weeks, blocking payouts and transfers for the umpteenth time. I requested a transfer on August 30th, and it hasn't been accepted. I have a valid account that I can't trade. This is absurd. I think they're on the brink of bankruptcy. I'm sorry.
