Good product but UPS courier sucks
I Purchased a premium NOX Padel from this company, it clearly has a construction defect. I mailed them with pictures and asking for support. Here is the 1 line reply that i got from them...... Hola si, ya lo hemos comentado con Nox. Vienen así todas, no han estado muy finos fabricándolas Lamento las molestias In english..... Hello, yes, we have already discussed it with Nox. They all come like this, they haven't been manufacturing them very well. I apologise for the inconvenience ZERO customer service from Padel Iberico at all! There are many steps one could have taken to support the customer in this case, a like for like replacement could be offered or a further discount to compensate for the defect etc That is if Pádel Ibérico cared about their customers, which they clearly don't ! there are many more online Padel stores, i would suggest to use those as this one will leave you hanging !
Good product, paid the £20 ish shipping fees but then was charged £70 import tax. No mention of this on the website. Would have been cheaper on Amazon
