I contacted customer service to arrange a return, but despite emailing multiple times over the course of almost a week, I’ve received no response. No return address has been provided, and the complete lack of communication has made it impossible to return the items. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience. "I couldn't find Bullpadel custom weights for my racket in NZ, but Padel Market in Spain had them in stock, and could ship to NZ at a quarter of the shipping costs that some other overseas sites were quoting. Once i ordered, I was super impressed with the communication, they had great purchase followup info with regular updates on my package, and great tracking through DHL. From purchasing online on the weekend to receiving the goods was only 5 days. Absolutely brilliant! Will definitely use these guys again!"
"I tried to return some shoes that don't fit and my requests went unanswered. I emailed at least 5 times and I still had no address to return them to. This is not the way to treat customers who genuinely want to purchase from you. However, once my negative review was posted on line, I finally got a response from a very helpful employee, Milagros. I explained that I had waited so long for a response that I had to give the shoes to my son. Milagros apologised and offered a 10% refund, not a huge amount but it was a gesture of good will which I accepted. Milagros gets a 5* review but Padel Market still needs a much better response time when customers need to return items that do not fit."

"Fast shipping, but misleading import tax information "I recently ordered a padel racket from Padel Market for delivery to the U.S. While I want to acknowledge that the shipping itself was very fast, I am disappointed with the overall experience due to the import duties. I was led to believe the import tax would be approximately 14%, but I was charged significantly more than that upon arrival. Given that these rackets are already a premium investment—my order was $284—this lack of transparency regarding the final cost is frustrating and misleading. I would caution others in the U.S. to be wary of these hidden costs when ordering from this site. I appreciate the quick logistics, but the unfair and unexpected tax burden makes it difficult to recommend this retailer.""
