I accumulated about $35 and then applied for payout. Instead of receiving my money, I suddenly started getting an error message saying that a user with my username could not be found. For over 3 months, I contacted customer support repeatedly. They kept asking questions, which I answered, and I even sent screenshots as evidence. Despite all this, nothing was resolved. I also sent several reminders, but there was still no solution and no payment. Their customer support is extremely frustrating and unhelpful. After investing my time for over a year, this experience feels completely unfair and deceptive. I would advise people to be very careful before spending their time on Paidwork."

My balance of over $6 also disappeared. During these 39 days I have sent numerous messages with full evidence (screenshots, old and new Account IDs, Google Drive folder). The support team continues to ignore my requests and only sends automatic template replies with empty promises. This company shows a clear pattern: very slow withdrawals and complete unwillingness to solve serious technical problems. When something breaks, users are simply left with nothing. I have already published reviews on Trustpilot, ComplaintsBoard, Google Play and other platforms, and even filed a complaint with the FTC. Still waiting for any real action from Paidwork."

The campaign stayed “Under Review” for days with no real support, no refund process, and no working cancellation option. I had to open a formal Visa dispute to recover my money. After researching further, I found many complaints from users saying they were not paid properly for surveys and tasks. The platform also appears to have many suspicious positive reviews that do not reflect the real user experience. And this "fake escalation and investigation" loop has been continuing for the last two months now. I immediately demand RESTORATION of my Account and FULL PAYMENT of my Hard-earned USD$ 23 from the CROOKS and FRAUDS sitting there at Paidwork. Paidwork is FULL OF CROOKS and FRAUDS now who have DELETED MY ACCOUNT, and STOLEN MY Hard-earned USD$ 23 Dollars."

No explanation for the missing $7. No accountability. No real follow-up. Only delays and copy-paste replies. This is not just about $7—it’s about trust and transparency. If a platform cannot properly explain or return even a small missing balance, it raises serious concerns about how they handle larger amounts. At this point, after more than a year on this platform and over a week of unresolved support requests, I can no longer trust Paidwork. I am now publicly requesting a clear explanation and resolution to this issue. If this is not addressed promptly, I will continue to share my experience on other platforms so others are fully aware before investing their time here. Be very careful with this platform."

"Paidwork.com is a scam. I signed up did many surveys to be able to withdraw my first $20. It said pending and remained that way for quite awhile. I contacted the company via there support to find out what the problem was and they wrote back, saying they were looking into it. In the meantime, I earned another $25 and went to withdraw it. Both were pending ... indefinitely. I wrote again and again they said they were looking into it and not to worry. The next day when I went on my account it said SUCCESS your payments have gone through. Except, they hadn't. Nothing was ever received ... and the next day when I tried to check on the payments in my account, low and behold my account had been closed. This is not a legitimate site. Please do not waste your time. They will not pay you."
