I was in need of a 50mm x 70 mm identification photo for an official Canadian document and gave passport-photo.online a try but am currently extremely disappointed in the photos that I received. In the comment section, I provided both the minimum (31 mm) and maximum (36 mm) size guidelines permissible by the Canadian government. Clearly, no one reviewed the comments nor made any attempt to correctly size the facial dimensions to meet the requirements. The images sent were 42mm in height which will result in a rejection of the application and forfeiture of the application fee. Interestingly, I utilized the PhotoAiD app but received my photos from passport-photo.online. Had I known this was the provider, I would not have utilized them as I had tried to utilize passport-photo.online’s website which had repeatedly incorrectly sized the image to 42mm despite attempts to overcome this issue by utilizing multiple head shots of various size. Disappointed to say the least and delayed in the completion of critical documents.
