"I like the price. They keep the cost down. I like the basic functionality. They could improve the details they provide in the General Ledger, if you can put details in when you pay a bill, those details should show up on screen. I don't write checks through PS, so I don't get check numbers to come across. That is bad and easy to fix. I am VERY disappointed with the transactions importing. They create a lot of issues and extra work. We finally disconnected our bank account and credit card accounts and we manually download and import those transactions. It's much easier and accurate. Their auto download doesn't work. I tried working with them and Plaid and they think it works fine. Too bad. Customer service is great other than trying to figure out the poor auto downloading of transactions."
