"For now on absolute 0, i have a prize that need to be paid over this app but for 20 days i cant get my tax form approved. Its like 3 pictures , 2 of my ID Card and 1 picture of my Tax residencey certificate. Fist time they deny me they told me my pictures have too big resolution and program cant process them. After that when i fix it i got denied again new reason my name on ID Card is on Cyrilic letter, so i needed to explain them why is that. I said ok now all should be fine but guess what 3rd time denied again, now my picture of tax certificate is a problem, not good. Again i take a new picture upload everything again but denied again. Now they told me i had 3 attemps so my tax form is locked until i contact ESL Facit group to unlock it. I contacted them and they told me they sent email to payment labs to unlock my tax form attempts again. Now i am waiting for them to respond me what to do next. I have over 50 accounts online that require a KYC and its never take more then 30 - 60 min but this is something new for 20 days i cant complete simple Tax Form that require 3 pictures because this guys are completly unprofessional. Btw i verified this profile on trustpilot in like 30sec with my ID card and selfie."
