This action disrupted our business operations, causing significant inconvenience and financial strain due to withheld incoming payments from clients. Despite repeated attempts to communicate with Payrow, our efforts were met with frustrating silence until they finally deigned to respond with the ominous news of our imminent account closure. Shockingly, instead of promptly reversing the pending payments that hadn't reached our account, as one might expect, Payrow chose to hold over EUR100,000 of our balance along with more than EUR150,000 of client funds hostage without explanation. This blatant disregard for proper business conduct and regulatory compliance is unacceptable. Payrow's actions not only flout FCA regulations but also demonstrate a callous disregard for the welfare of their customers. It is evident that Payrow cannot be trusted to handle financial matters responsibly, and potential users should exercise extreme caution before entrusting them with their business affairs."
