Part was perfect. OEM Delta. Only issue was it took a month to get it because I had to call them twice over several weeks to get the order shipped. Once they finally shipped it it only took a few days to get it.

The communication infrastructure of this PlumbersStock is falling apart. I placed an order by phone on July 31, 2025, and when it had not arrived by August 21 I called. But the phone connection failed repeatedly. No one called back. Eventually I was told there was no record of the order. I tried connecting via their website but the bot did not work. I called repeatedly and left messages that were not returned. I called again today and was disconnected. I called back and got an earful of static and voices one of which apologized for the poor connection. I eventually spoke to a customer service rep who was disconnected and did call me back. She found my order and said they would email a confirmation. I am crossing my fingers. I will never place another order here unless they clean up their act.
Horrible- 4 weeks after I placed my order I received an email saying my order was shipped, and to contact them if my order was not received after 48hours. The order was not received, I called customer service three times and sent three emails and never had a response! Absolutely horrible.
Customer service was horrendous. You talk to some clown who doesn't have a clue. The first call I was promised a response in 24 hrs. A week later I was told my credit card was declined so not shipping. I called BS because my credit card had been charged. The full amount plus an additional non authorized $1499. So then the customer service guy on the phone decided to provide me with a tracking number that was illegitimate. No such thing. I eventually received 1/3 of the order. I waited another 3 weeks and then filed a complaint via email. They then did respond within 48 hrs and eventually did issue a refund for the illegally charged $1499 and then two days later a refund for the part of the order that didn't ship. I rarely leave reviews but this one was ridiculous. Never again.
