I cannot comment directly on customer support, but once I learned how to tailor instructions to my production needs, Pollo became more useful. Its greatest strength is using AI to turn character artwork and movement descriptions into an initial animation reference. "The generated video was very disappointing, especially considering that it cost 20 credits. The result lacked quality, continuity, and logical consistency. The prompt clearly requested a ceramic owl to be used to create a silicone mold, followed by a plaster replica made from that same mold. Instead, the video simply shows a substance being poured directly over the owl, and it does not even look convincingly like silicone. The mold-making process is unclear and unrealistic, and the different stages of the video do not connect logically. Most importantly, the original owl, the mold, and the final piece should clearly correspond to one another, but the video fails to maintain that continuity. For such a high credit cost, I expected the AI to follow the instructions much more accurately and produce a coherent, realistic process from beginning to end."
