"Three days ago, I rated my experience as 2 stars because I received a lot more emails than I wanted and I felt that I wasn't receiving relevant hard copy updates. Michael from customer service reached out to me quickly to learn more and it turns out that I was receiving duplicate emails because of a second account, and that, astonishingly, in the most recent year, there were no changes requiring a hard copy update. I am pleased at how this was addressed and that there was an earnest effort to learn and improve from my feedback."
