Customer service is slow to respond and evasive with answers. Phone line goes to a dead answer phone stating it is "not monitored" so email only. The product is fine when finally arrived."
"steer well clear. order didnt get despatched for days. when i told them the delivery address would have to change (as the contact was no longer there because of their late despatch) they forced it out anyway - refusing to change the address! disgusting customer service. no working telephone number for support. there are PLENTY more of this type of supplier out there. I strongly suggest you use one of them."
