"Multi-business Scam Artist This man runs a cabal of fake organizations that scam individuals and corporations out of money that he redirects into his own hands via shell LLCs. He is crappy at covering his trails so just search for all the businesses he has registered - most recently Brandzoid - creating a fake advertising firm with a fake CEO and shoveling $300k of his firms money (that came from scamming other businesses) into his own pocket illegally. Currently he is facing several lawsuits - and I wouldn't be surprised to see federal criminal charges as I know they have their eye on this too."

Scott Tripp says he is working on that part but there are so many moving parts it seems unlikely to change. Regardless five stars because they did come through and they did meet their own time table. They also spoke to the land owner and sent him a letter of credit to show the deal was moving forward which released a significant amount of stress from my back."
