They are featured on your website, but they are illegally freezing active trader profiles using "Error Code RB10" blanket bans. I have two separate accounts with them: ○ A $100k account (#5065577) which had an ongoing evaluation/payout dispute that Support Manager Berry openly promised to negotiate on Trustpilot. ○ A completely separate, active, and fully compliant $200k Prime account (#5067879) which has strictly ZERO trading violations, zero rule breaches, and perfect risk management. Instead of handling the accounts individually as per prop firm rules, their risk team executed a total profile lock. When I confronted Gabriela on live support, she just copy-pasted a robotic template saying "we will no longer have a business relationship" and refused to explain why my clean $200k account's capital was being wrongfully seized. Even senior management like Marcus saw the escalation messages and chose to ignore contractual obligations. They are trapping compliant capital and ghosting clients.
