I saw this company in an advertisement in the Saracino cake magazine. I emailed them to get some advice on a cake that I am doing. They answered my email the next day and they proceeded via phone calls and emails with very helpful and informative guidance. They offered to make a bespoke floating tier stand for me, but I just ended up with an off the shelf one. I intend ordering more equipment from them.
