According to the broker, trading was terminated because you, as a service provider, made too many negative trades than positive trades in the allotted period. The broker calls this RRR (reward to risk ratio) I informed them about this on November 27, 2024. You only replied: Yes, they disabled trading. Blaming me as a customer is the wrong approach and shows that it is better to keep your hands off the company."

"Please don't be mislead by the fake 5 star reviews being posted. They've recently tried to say my last review for them wasn't for this company. But it is. They talk about a so-called "equity protection" but that doesn't exist. Not once was my account in profit with this passing agency. The communication was poor and they failed my account within around five weeks. Save your money, go somewhere else or pass your account yourself. Reply: Yeah, I did use your service. And you have changed your website. But it cant change the fact it's still the same subpar service.. Don't believe that they will replace your failed challenge with another of the same value. They just ignore your messages after the fact unfortunately. Edit: I'd also like to add, do yourself a favour and just look at the timeline of reviews for this company, the last real interaction on here this year was March, funnily enough when I posted my original review. Then nothing for months... One 1 star review in August.. And 66 five star reviews in September... 66.. it's only the 26th of September now... The math ain't mathing folks. Stay vigilant."

"I decided to give it a tried for 200k accounts. Passed phase 1 smoothly but when in phase 2, the account has been violated. Asked for refund from them since they mentioned in their website that if fail they will refund. But sadly no response from them since it got violated. It’s a scam and don’t get involved with them."
