"This company has failed to response to my request for my personal information to be removed from their systems. I have now raised a formal complaint with the company. It appears this company specialises in providing compliance services for other companies, so it's quite disappointing that they can't manage to achieve compliancy within their own company regarding this matter. Request made via email on the 21st July to a 'Compliance Officer'. It's now 2nd August, so they have had longer than the legal limit of one month to respond to me."
