"My account was allowed to trade normally, and I generated profits through my trading activity. However, when it came time to withdraw, Regulus informed me that their Risk Management Team had classified my trading as "abusive trading" due to alleged latency arbitrage. Based on this determination, they closed my account, refused to honor my profits, and offered to return only my original deposit as "Goodwill" gesture. What I find troubling is that the trades were accepted and executed on their platform, yet the profits were only deemed unacceptable after they had been made and a withdrawal was requested. The decision effectively resulted in all profits being canceled while the broker retained the right to invalidate the trading activity after the fact. Regulus cited its internal policies as justification for the action, but I have not been provided with evidence that would allow me to independently verify the allegations against my account, i would go almost a week without their response. As a trader, I believe transparency is essential when such serious accusations are made and when client profits are being confiscated. so be careful with them"
