Is it just me, or is every link that is supposed to take you to their website not working?? Like I have said in my last 2 reviews - this company was a straight up scam - and they have TWO accounts in collections on my credit report. They have never provided me with a single piece of documentation showing that I ever had any type of loan with them, and when I showed them emails FROM THEIR COMPANY where I had requested to close out any account I had opened because I did not understand what services they provided, and they said it was CLOSED, they tried to tell me that the emails were fake - what?! they are unprofessional, rude, and I have NEVER received a single cent from this place - yet I have not one but TWO collection accounts on my credit report from them....and now every link I have tried to get to their website is broken.....imagine that. All I know is this needs to be removed from my credit report immediately, and as for RMG - I hope you all are rotting away in a prison somewhere with Big Bubba showing you how it "goes down" in there.

I now have TWO separate collection accounts on my credit report for the exact same amount. I have yet to see ANYTHING from RMG that shows that I received a "loan" from them, nor have I seen proof of a "falsified application" as they claim. What I DO have is PROOF that I requested that my ONE account be CLOSED in December, a little over a month after I opened it because I did not receive any type of loan, or money disbursed to me from this company, and did not understand how to use their services. After an email I sent to their customer service asking how to use their services went UNANSWERED - I requested to have the account closed and received an email back FROM THIS COMPANY stating my account was closed, and several months later I received a collection notice for over $500 for I have no idea what! I have seen my exact complaint/situation on various other websites INCLUDING the BBB where this company has done the EXACT SAME THING TO PEOPLE UNKNOWINGLY! My next complaint is going to be to the office of the attorney general, where I will include every story I find similar to mine with RMG to show they have a pattern and history of doing this on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. Hopefully it will be enough for them to launch a full investigation into their business practices. I know I have the documentation I need to support my claim - what I don't have is documentation from RMG that shows where I agreed to, signed for, or ever even received a dime from this place! In fact, the ONLY money ever exchanged was ME PAYING THEM to report to the credit bureaus IF I did ever receive a loan from them - which I did not. If I am missing something, then why wouldn't they provide me with proof that this loan ever existed, as in when and where the funds were sent to me, and for how much etc. I have never received ANYTHING from this company to support their claim that I took out a loan - much less TWO LOANS AS IS SHOWING ON MY CREDIT REPORT!! Nor have I been shown any kind of proof that I "falsified" my applications - if that were true, then why would you give me not only one, but TWO loans as you have claimed?? I will be fighting this to the bitter end and have EVERY SINGLE EMAIL BETWEEN MYSELF AND THIS COMPANY TO SUPPORT WHAT I AM SAYING AND WILL BE INCLUDING IT WITH MY COMPLAINT TO THE OAG AND FTC. STEER VERY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE RUDE, DISHONEST, AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I don't even know what this company is but I got something in the mail from I.C System Inc. saying I owe money lol. I don't own a business and have I ever gotten a loan. It says as of 9/25/2022 I owe $5.00 and I was charged $535 in fees. Well, I will definitely be disputing this and getting an attorney if needed. BEWARE AND DO RESEARCH BEFORE DOING BUSINESS.

Fraud, fraud, fraud. This is NOT a legitimate company. The only positive reviews are from people that have "applied" and not yet received an answer....do NOT give your personal information to this company. I have an immediate family member that works for the cyber crime division of the FBI, and I have provided ample documentation to support my request for a complete and thorough investigation to be done on this business. Again, do NOT send your identifying information, nor do any type of business with, RMG Pay - they are PREDATORY!!!

The company preys on low income minorities who are having problems to obtain credit , I myself applied and was approved for 500$ bnpl , they have this virtual card thing you fill out the info make your initial down payment which I was going to utilize 120$ of the 500 available credit they linked my PayPal I made the 26$ PayPal payment, I get a email saying usually virtual cards are delivered within 6 hours but due to staff shortage it may take uo to 48hours well after two days I called sat in hold for three hours nothing , I emailed no response, so I decided I was going to cancel the payment which I did around midnight about 90 hours after I initially paid , well litterly 30 mins after I cancel they refund my 26 send a email saying they no longer wanna do business cancel my credit and because I chose to cancel the payment I now owe them 1785$ cause I cancelled the payment one if they are so short staffed how was that reply that quick they do it purposely cause no one is just going to pay for nothing I never got the virtual card so I cancelled the payment I never received nothing how do I owe 1785$ it's a scam and they need shut down I've already reported to the federal trade commission the BBB they can't do that it's insane you can't charge someone cause they cancel a payment because you never sent the card I never received what I was promised , I have the right as a American to cancel payment for not getting what I paid for period wrong woman to mess with I'll make sure this fldosent go unnoticed

I had used HotelPay, a part of their company, and was told by their financing department they had received the credit card authorization form from the hotel I would be at, about an hour prior to arrival and was told they would fax it to the hotel. They had not faxed it to the hotel. Instead my friends traveling with me had to pay for the room. Prior to that I had applied for a virtual gift card, which I was given the choice to deny, as they said it was one of the other. All of this after they accepted both down payments, totaling in about $250. Then when I called to get a refund, after one was already told to be refunded, and they haven't answered their phone, and an option to wait on the line for someone to answer doesn't exist after 15 minutes of waiting, it instead tells you to call back and hangs up. From that point I filed a claim with PayPal, and was emailed by RMG with two invoices for $1300 each, itemized as "dispute investigation fee" and "violation of T&C fee". If you value your money, do not use this company as they charge you and then you cannot get a hold of someone.

Card was cancelled because no one is ever working no one answers phone I paid my pmt early and it hasn't been posted to my acct and now it's showing late. No one has answered in over a WK m poor poor service

Rmgpay has now filed a debt collection against me without providing any type of service. They are demanding over $1700 without providing any kind of product, service or anything. They are treating this debt as though I purchased debt and owe the purchase price plus extra debt. I am reporting them to the CFPB and now have to a new big problem in my life due to their scam. They attempted to take away money initially without providing the service I was led to believe they would provide. I had my bank stop the scam payment to them. Now I received a debt collection notice today- two months after that event (no other emails or contact from them since the initial scam attempt). They did not even have my correct address yet claim I owe them over $1700. No receipt provided explaining this supposed debt I owe and absolutely no contact or notice of this $1700 bill before this collection notice. Total scam and attempt to commit fraud by this company. Evil people.

Worst experience ever. I asked for a refund and instead they charge me over 1,000 in fees for asking for said refund. I never got my money back.

Most of the reviews out here tell you they don't approve anyone. I'm here to tell you they do, kind of. I got approved the first time for $1000. First time using it I requested a virtual card number. After about 3 days I got a response to do an identity verification. The identity verification link didn't work so I tried to call RMG. Well turns out there phone lines don't work half the time. I couldn't call in for a few days. I decided to email them instead. I got a response back that there phone lines are down. At this point I'm thinking this place is a scam and I already paid around $170 for my first payment on the virtual card. Going back and forth I decided to tell them to cancel my account. It didn't seem like they were going to allow me to the identity verification steps. They cancel out the account and I got a refund in about 3 days. Some time passes by so I decided to call in to try and open a new account. This time the phone lines are working. I talk with this guy who sounds like a he's in the US. I'm starting to feel better about it. He helps resetup a new account and tells me they will contact me once it's approved again. Few days later the account is approved again. Once again I decide to open another virtual card request. I paid around $93 for the first payment and waited for approval. 5 days passed and they ask for identity verification. I did the identity verification form with my ID and submitted it online. Once again no response. 9 days now so I try to call. Phone lines not working again. Day 10 I call again. Someone answers and apologized for their systems being down and explained when the computers are finished updating past 22 precent he will look at my account and approve it. He assured me it would be done that day. Day 11, I finally get a response back. The request was denied. No other emails or reading to why even though I was approved twice for a credit line with them. Guys don't waste your time this place is a complete joke. Even if they do work and you say needed some help paying your utility bill or wanted to buy something on Amazon in a hurry it won't matter because you went get a response back in 11 days, likely to be told the request was denied. Definitely believe this place is a scam.
