"This company is a complete jome! DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM. I battled an auto pay problem from the time i purchased an atv. I am and in and out of the country for work. So i like to have my stuff set up on autopay. Well today i get a knock at the door and its a repossession company. I call road runner the lady says im 51 days past due, and asks if i want to run payment with my card ON FILE. I was furious only for the reason they had my card info. It WAS SUPPOSE to be on auto pay.now i have a repo on my credit all becasue roadrunner financial is a joke. I will be doing everything i can legally to take action. The online system does not work by setting up auto pay. Since thousands of other reviews state the same thing. Terrible company"

"If I could leave a negative star I would. This company is total B.S. such a scam. We have been trying to get them to send us info on payoff amount so we can get our gap insurance filed. Sent numerous emails, talked to several people, with no help from anyone on their end only for them to send us letters in the mail and phone calls telling us that they will send us to collections if they do not get their payment in full, but they are holding up the entire process. Make it make sense. WE NEED THEM TO MAKE THE NEXT MOVE AND SEND THE NEEDED INFO TO US, they refuse. This company is the worse financing company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"I contacted roadrunner to see about refinancing so I could get a better interest rate. My credit score is pretty good. They said they don’t do that. I was shocked when I looked at the interest rate on my on my account! That is not what I agreed to. I believe they are predatory lender, buyer beware."

"My fiancee bought a sxs and they keep changing the contract. The dealership is trying their best to help. But if they keep changing it we will be returning the sxs back to the dealership. They are beyond sketchy and this is not how you work with consumers."
"My dad had a camper with them. He passed last November. I reached out and explained what had happened and provided a death certificate. I was willing to continue to make the payments and they even said I could but they wouldn’t provide any information on how much was owed or how much the payments were. I was still in the process of filing an estate. They said I could pay whatever but I didn’t want to risk of doing that and they still come and reprocess it. I kept trying to work with them and now they have it up for repossession."

"I was hardly late on my payments, until I was hurt on my job at the MTA i continue PA.\n Ying my bike. I explained to road runner financial that I had to workman's.\n Claim. On file.\nAnd I was denied\nAnd that I was going to get paid five months of back pay then proceeded to ask them if I could waive 1 or 2 late fees from my payment. I was told they don't do that. "This company is very shady. Somehow, my account for my motorcycle is locked. In order to unlock it, you have to call the customer service number, which I did. The representative does not know exactly why it’s locked, nor can they unlock it for me. The representative did state that it would automatically lock for non-payment, however my last payment was about 20 days ago, and my new payment isn’t due for another 10 days. Once I stated that and they were able to verify on their end they stated that a “specialist” was going to get back to me, which they haven’t. Round and round they send you. Why have a customer service number when the representatives can’t help. Utterly ridiculous, please buyers beware!"

"I purchased a RV from Sava Rv.They told me I was approved through Road Runner Financial. I originally was going to live in the Rv but that did not work out.The interest rate is incredibly high they even said It would take 13 years to pay off. I AM VERY UNHAPPY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM."

"I have been billed a $30. Late fee on a $42 dollar payment that I thought was made 18 days earlier over the internet but evidently didn’t go through because of something on their end. Tried again today over the internet and then called asking if it went through. Was told i would have received a confirmation # if it had. Made the payment again over the phone while I was on it with the women. I was charged the $30 late fee even after emailing saved photos of my online payments. The interest and fees they charge isn’t worth it. Will not recommend or use them again."

"Under no circumstances should you finance with Roadrunner/Octane. I have owned my UTV for almost a year and have made every payment on time until this last one. I proactively contacted them before I was late to explain that I was facing a serious medical concern in my family that would impact my ability to make the payment on time. Despite this, they repossessed my UTV over one missed payment and refused to reinstate it. They expect me to pay an amount that exceeds what I originally paid for the machine. Their lack of communication has been appalling—no letters, no warnings, just immediate repossession. I am committed to informing everyone about my experience to ensure that no one else is taken advantage of by this company.............. To their reply, yes, you may have called several times and it looks like all the calls went to spam caller.... There are multiple ways to get in touch with a customer; you have my email and mailing address, you as a company, chose to do business this way to take advantage of customers. Just as the person the person with the company that picked it up stated. "this company is known for this because it close to taxe time and they know it will get more for it" after thinking about it that makes perfect sence because of what ive already paid into the machine plus what it will auction for will be more then what the loan is for but then also you will try to get a judgment for the diffence so you will come way ahead. The shadiest stuff I've ever seen."

"I bought a motorcycle from full throttle. I financed through roadrunner. I had lost my job tried to work out payments for the motorcycle. The motorcycle itself isn't the model they have on file. Its wasn't ever registered in my name. I regret my decision to use them to finance the motorcycle with them. On top of that I had a high credit score and they still hit me with 16% interest rate. Advise to the wise do not do business with this company."
"Awful rates,worst Custer service, as in its non existent!!! They currently tried stealing 1004.25 dollars, claiming that wasn't received! Chase confirmed they received the funds.I opened a dispute claim with chase.Stay away from this awful, fraudulent company. Thank-you for reading, best of luck"

"If you are a service member, never use this financial company. They refused to give my the SCRA benefits while being on orders. They refused to honor my active duty start date and is out to get every dollar they can on you!! Their service is garbage and they do not train their team. Also, you can’t even talk to SCRA team because they don’t have phones… who doesn’t have a phone number… horrible and I will go out of my way to ensure all friends and family never have use this company. This company is scammy. This company can’t read… my orders said start date of orders, August 1st, service members, they go of when the orders were created!!! If your orders were created months before you actually go on active duty, do not use this financial institution!!! The go off the date on top left hand corner of your orders!!! This is their way / grey area to get out of getting the benefits you deserve! So if you received your orders… even if your start date isn’t for months, do not use this this company for financing, they don’t want to provide you with SCRA!"

"Absolutely terrible loan servicing. Gave an interest rate that’s higher than the national average to start , nearly 18%! My score is mid level but not low tier or worthy of such an insane rate. The most irritating and off putting issue though is the harassment for being just 2 days late on a payment. Even after explaining what happened , I got 3-4 calls A DAY for being late just 48 hours late. That’s absolutely abhorrent let alone sharky as heck. Also love that they asked for my banks address information when adding a new payment account , haven’t experienced that with any loan servicing provider period(also the reason the payment went late). Over all would never reinstate or use as a lender again."
