Excellent selection, website reasonably easy to navigate with translator, shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape. The only disappointing part of the experience was not Roastmarket's fault, DHL used to have better service and tracking, at least for cross-border shipments, but has decided to be as bad as the others.

I placed an order with Roastmarket, my card was charged, but the order was canceled. Their customer service told me to clear my cache and try again—I did. The same issue happened. They told me to use a different card—I did. Again, they charged me, canceled the order, and gave me the same useless advice. I followed their instructions THREE times, and they charged me THREE times—yet I still have no order and no refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept blaming me, telling me to "check with my bank" while refusing to escalate the issue. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust them with another purchase—avoid at all costs!

I did fall for the Black Friday craze and ordered both machine and a grinder. Machine arrived very fast, grinder never. For the grinder at first I was told it was delivered, after confronting, got my money back immediately, saying they never had the grinder in first place to sell it. Machine turned out to be faulty. I was promised third party support, but a week later again, out of the blue, they offered free return and money back. All in all, spent my 1000 euros on a site that didn’t deliver, both in products, quality and customer support
