Robinhood is promoting illegal gambling disguised as “prediction markets.” This is NOT investing — it’s pure betting, which is illegal in Texas. I joined to earn fair interest through Gold, not to see hidden gambling features in a financial app. Shame on you for misleading users and normalizing addictive behavior. I’ve withdrawn my money and will never use this app again. One star only because zero isn’t possible

I sent some crypto from my cold wallet to my Robinhood account so I thought. Now this transaction was between my cold wallet address and my Robinhood address with the memo tag number. It couldn't go anywhere else except to Robinhood. It never got to my account. I have spent the last 2 weeks jumping through hoops per Robinhood support requests which is difficult because they keep asking for the same info over and over and over plus difficult to understand their version of the English language, they were very rude as well. Shortly after opening this case they restricted my account, I have spent a good 10 days sending them all kinds of documentation that they requested repeatedly over and over and over. Finally they lifted the restriction but have never addressed the original theft of my crypto. I think that's their game to get people so frustrated that they give up. At this point I am pretty sure nothing will be done about the missing crypto. I have no choice but to tell this story everywhere I can and will until I feel as though it was worth losing the crypto so others will be informed so they will not become victims. More to come!!!!!

So far so good. Deposits shown in my account within about a minute. Withdrawals have been quick and timely. The purchasing of shares and part shares has been simple easy and extremely cost effective. I have a couple of small gripes, the news feeds are not balanced and certainly not neutral politically which is disconcerting I just ignore them now so would be nice to have a more diverse range of non political financial news. Also please get an ISA sorted for the UK market. That will be a game changer.

Garbage. I thought this was the best app or site out there. I never checked the reviews. That was stupid. These people stopped me from being able to send and receive crypto. My own crypto. I can’t believe it. They just put a restriction on my account for that. Really. You’ve made thousands off of me. I wish I knew because now you sorry people have my information and you got to make all that money from my sending and receiving crypto. Today they stopped a bitcoin transaction being sent to me and put it on hold. Then said I have to wait for them to approve it or send it somewhere else. Luckily I was able to send it to a better app/site. They get a 4 star review out of 16 thousand people I think. Then look at robin. Garbage. I can’t believe I spent so many years trading on this sorry site. They said I can buy and sell crypto just not send and receive and that I could buy stocks too. They said that like I was going to. I got my money out of here and was gone right away. Now I am deleting my account which everyone should do and go to any other one than these guys. They are just sorry. Bottom of the barrel.

I haven't had the best experience with this company. have had a terrible past months from an issue to another and now I'm unable to withdraw my money. Just another decorated scam company. I have had better past experience on Coventry Securities these past months.
robinhood Kept requesting payment to unlock withdrawals, till chainanalysis, the ʂltЄ 1n namЄ fixed it.
You buy stacks the rate unbelievable 3% and more if you sell they take all your profit plus little bit you capital they offer you fake stacks or projects and you reserve the stacks for 2 to 3 weeks and you check if the order was placed you find your money only which is they using your money without permission so the bottom line stay away from Robinhood.
This company is such a joke. I couldn't log in to my account today somehow (blocked by the company) an d we spent hours talking to the support and chat with them on line. But the problem is still not resolved. Their support is hard to reach and useless. Because of this, I was not able to trade today and lost money. Never use them again.
Well explained process and easy to navigate interface. Missing some of the European brands / stocks... It would be nice to have UK Market version.
My spouse died and I only recently found out she had a Robinhood account. I have tried contacting the company, You can't reach them! I had to open an account myself and that took using two different emails because the first attempt to open an account didn't pan out. Once I opened an account, filled out all of their info, I could finally reach their support team using an "in app" chat. 2 hrs later, I provided them with all of the documents (Death Certicate, my DL, etc...)they requested and they still could not tell me if my spouse had any money whatsoever in her account!!!! I wasn't trying to access any money that may have been there...I just wanted to understand IF there was any reason to continue!!!! They then told me they were going to escalate this to another team and I'd hear back in 7 to 10 days!!!!! I've never experienced such ineptitude...I would NEVER use this company for anything!!!! NUTS!!!!!!
We tried for 2 yrs to get a problem resolved! In trying to resolve it ourselves we ended up losing our entire investment we had for over 4yrs. They didn’t care one bit about us as their customers. If you have a problem it is very difficult to reach anyone. Be careful looking online for help. It says Robinhood but those numbers scammed us out of all our money. Robinhood blamed us and said pretty much “to bad,to sad” This has been terrible!
Any so-called business that will base their decisions as to whether they treat you well or not based on your political affiliation is no business I would ever use.
Proceed with caution , My experience using this company has been far below my expectation ,The overall process with the interest is not great and manipulative . Reading up about SPACE BANK and getting a scoop on how it works was a pivotal moment for me . I smile every week with a very good pay since i made the transition and it has been the best decision i ever made .
Robinhood’s own hr staff have admitted online to engaging in discriminatory hiring practices. Please do not support this company.
I opened a Robinhood Spending Account expecting reliability for everyday payments, but instead I’ve had nothing but stress. My account was suddenly restricted for “unusual activity,” and two important payments were rejected. This made my bills late and put me at risk of late fees — through no fault of my own. When I reached out, I received no clear explanation of why this happened, how to prevent it in the future, or if Robinhood would cover the fees I now face. If your account can be restricted randomly and payments bounce without warning, that makes it completely unreliable for time-sensitive obligations like rent, utilities, or loan payments. Robinhood may be fine for investing, but their spending account is not dependable. If you need an account where your payments always go through on time, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
Would not let me withdrawal funds... Asked to re verify devices that were already verified. Previous devices were never logged out of account and was trying to make me verify to an old device I don't have anymore. They keep telling to check back in 24 to 48 hours after it has already been 24-48 hours. I have made previous withdrawals to my own accounts then it stopped making withdrawals to my own accounts without additional verification. How can I additionally verify accounts that have already been verified. Total joke of a company. Never trust them with over 1k
