Robo.cash is a Croatia-based fully automated investment platform launched in February 2017. Today, it is open for investors throughout the European Union, UK and Switzerland. The platform belongs to the financial holding UnaFinancial that provides fintech services across fast-growing markets in Asia and Europe. As a part of the holding, Robo.cash works according to a “peer-to-portfolio” model providing an opportunity to invest in consumer and commercial loans issued by the affiliated companies with a full buyback guarantee.See more

"Good for me. When there are defaulted loans, they are paid 30 days after the normal date. I used robo.cash during 4 years and was very happy with the interest rates."

"Despite significant differences from other platforms of this type, there are no pros or cons that can be evaluated independently. Registration is straightforward, quick, and efficient. Accounts can be topped up both in EU banks and in the UK. After creating your own investment criteria model, the money was quickly distributed across available market transactions. A big plus is that you can choose to invest in short-term loans, which is much less common on other platforms. It's understandable and simple!"

"I think what's truly extraordinary about Robocash, what sets it apart from other P2P market players, is that it's always been there, offering solid and consistent performance to its investor users for years and years (I have been investing with them for more than 7 years now). Even more importantly, in difficult times, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic or the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war, it has remained a pillar of reliability. Where many others faltered and hesitated, Robocash has continued to offer impeccable service to its users, always looking out for their interests. Furthermore, I particularly like the simplicity and accessibility of its interface, the quality of its customer service, the variety of opportunities, and its clear focus on auto-investment and one-click investing, minimizing the management time required by the investor / user. I mean, guys, it is common sense to give this platform a try!"
"I’ve tried this platform three times. Twice my funds sat idle due to cash drag, and on one occasion my deposit was even reversed. In my experience, it’s not worth it—your money ends up sitting idle instead of being put to work. While the platform lacks reliability and efficiency, the customer service has been decent when I reached out."
"I've started only recently, so not much experience with the investing, but the customer support is very helpful and portfolio creation was simple. Not all money was invested (about 10% still hanging), I hope it will soon. Might update after a few months, see how it fares."

"I've been using the platform for 10 months now, and everything has been running smoothly so far. I experience a minor cash drag, so I slightly reduced my portfolio. All payments have been made on time as always, which is great."
"I had signed up a few years ago, and never used this service. Then recently, they decided that "for security reasons" (always the same story with all of these), I was supposed to send a copy of my most recent valid ID. I was curious, because I genuinely didn't remember what company this was, and I logged in, and then I remembered I looked at it once and never came back, because it wasn't for me. Well, well, the whole CRS/Facta thing is just not prepared for the 21st century. It's 2025, people move, become nomads and stuff. So, it just happens that I am 1000s of km from the place I declared to be my "permanent residence". I could also just be on holidays... But... NO! "Because you've logged in from a "weird country", we've decided that your account has been compromised and we're blocking it until you send us a document proving you actually live where you said you do" But if you were naive enough to give these guys your money, don't log in from outside your home or you may lose your funds."
"Initial: 07/07/2025 Robo.cash doesn't have enough loans to offer. I have reached 30000 € investment. Their investment tool invest in few loans every few days. 3000€ are uninvested. However, I have increased all limits to the maximum in the Auto Invest tool, from 8% rate to 13% etc.. I have even created a new portfolio. I have ticked all loan suppliers. I'll be forced to withdraw money hoping it will get better with 20000€ investment. UPDATE: 23/07/2025 All Uninvested money has been reinvested. So, I updated to 4 stars out of 5 UPDATE:05/08/2025 Once again uninvested balance rose to around 1900€ !! So, I updated the rating to 2 stars."
"I invested with Robo.cash for 3 years: instant withdrawals, quick support, and consistent returns. I’ve stopped P2P for ethical reasons, but Robo.cash was far better than platforms like Mintos where I had defaults."
"Just wrapped up my 3-year experience with RC: Withdrawals/promised profits/buy-back guarantee - 5 stars Support and communication - 5 stars Secondary market - 5 stars Available loans and interest rate - started with 4 stars and have now gotten to be 1-2 stars. As many reviewers pointed out, the number of available loans and the interest you get on it have gotten to be pretty low. To the point that you can structure your leverage portfolio with US long-term treasuries paying you about the same % rate without much counterparty risk. But overall, i've had a positive experience with the company. Thank you"
"I had been quite happy with Robocash since I started investing with them a year ago. However, I recently noticed a significant drop in the number of available loans, which resulted in a considerable portion of my portfolio remaining uninvested. To avoid having idle funds, I decided to withdraw the unused money and invest it on another platform. The withdrawal process was clearly explained by customer support, and the funds arrived within three business days. However, I was surprised to see that my bank deducted specific fees—amounting to around 4%—because the transfer originated from a non-EU bank account. This was unexpected, especially since deposits are made to a Robocash account in the Netherlands and the company itself is based in Croatia, both within the EU. I contacted customer support for clarification. While they acknowledged the issue and offered an apology, I received no goodwill gesture or reimbursement for the unexpected fees, despite multiple requests. Unfortunately, this left me disappointed, as the situation was out of my control and could have been avoided with proper communication."
"I have been waiting for a new authentication key for 2FA authorization formany days. There are useless emails but no help. Same Problem by Lendermarket and they help within 2 days. Answer to Robocash's answer. Unfortunately, Robocash's answer is not correct. It wasn't the holidays that delayed a response, but the internal processes don't seem to be working properly. 1. first email, I asked for a new authentication key for 2FA authentication so that I can access my account again. 2. Robocash's answer, you have to authenticate again with a copy of your passport so that we can send you the key. 3. Authentication with passport completed 4. Robocash's answer, you can now access the account again. How, if I have to perform 2FA authentication??? 5. new email from me, please turn off 2FA authentication in my account so that I can finally access the account. 6. Now it finally worked."

"I started using Robocash recently. Although the interface is not fully clear for me, it's quite easy to manage the portfolio. Overall, Robocash is a good alternative to similar platforms."
"An interesting lending opportunity, but with the current immense cash drag on the site, it just not worth it.. and it shows a very risky process for long way investments."

"Very good lending platform. So far so good. I'm guessing that the negative reviews are the people repaying the loans."
"I find the site to be difficult. Adding money to a portfolio seems impossible, so i cannot stop cashdrag unless i keep starting new portfolios. I invested in 5 different platforms to test the difference, never had this problem. Benefits are ok, but the system i find confusing"
"I’ve been using the Robocash platform for two years now, and I must say I’m quite satisfied with my experience. The investment is fully automated, and all my payments come through without problems. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the interest rates. If they were higher, I’d definitely consider increasing my portfolio here."

"Recently there is a big cash drag. There is no available loans even when the maximum period of days is set for the term, and the interest range is also set from min to max in the portfolio, also all originators are selected. What is the reason for that and when it will be fixed? I am having this problem for around 2 months now. I am using the platform for around 3 years and never had problems before.Maybe it’s time to get out."

"I have been having problems with payout for sometime now. Please look into it."

"a bit of cash drag and impossible to choose manually where to invess but good features overall"
