This is my first time purchasing from this company and their customer service is terrible - they sent the wrong size, then refused to refund it on the basis that it was returned 17 days after receipt rather than 14. Most companies have a 28 day return policy - no where in their communiciations did they highlight their return policy was 14 - and they sent the wrong size which was their fault.
