Do not purchase from here if you need to return anything - beautiful clothes but impossible to return sizes from the UK.
Nice clothes. But return process does not work at all. Despite registering the return and sending the email requesting the label as described, no answer from customer service, even after three reminders. Will have to check with my credit card company now to get the money back. So, don't order online if you are not sure if you want to keep all items! T8P9035 Update: Thank you for the reply. But instead of sending a general apology, you could use the time and provide the return label, which I still have not received (also not in Spam folder). Do NOT order from this store!
I ordered 5 items off the Scalpers website on the 8th of August. The first item came without issue. A second item came shortly after and when it was accepted it stated that all items were delivered. When I tried to contact customer service saying that 3 items were missing, they took over a week to reply and said that they were looking into the issue. I followed up a week after and still have not received any further information on the status of my items. It is now the 17th of September and I haven't received my items and they have not contacted me with any information on their whereabouts.
Became fast fashion! Used to be my fav shop in 2019, after that I gave inumerous opportunities but quality just drops. They also became very inconsistent with sizes and the cut of their clothes, you can compare two itens with the same product ref number, one from 2019 and another from 2025 and you will see they are copletely different a part of the quality now being really bad. It was my last purchase, thanks for the good years!
Order T3P4794 from Scalpers UK Not only did I have the same ridiculous struggle to return items, the return shipping ended up costing almost as much as the order... now I have FEDEX threatening court action for £160.77 customs charges associated with the initial delivery from Scalpers to my address.... if I make this payment a single shirt is going to end up costing me more than £300. It's outrageous that I should have to pay for an item from 'Scalpers UK' to be delivered to my address in the UK.... it says 'Free delivery' on the website and these extra charges have been hidden in T&Cs...
Last Wednesday, 3 september, I registered a return. I received a confirmation email. This email stated that I needed to submit a request by email for a return label. I’ve already done so four times and I’ve send a message on Instagram. but I haven’t received any response. It isn’t possible to get a returnlabel.
Return not possible! Ordered End of July and wanted to return my order on August 20th. No response so far and today is the last day of my return right. Never ordering there again…
I purchased on August 1 and received my order on Thursday, August 7. On Sunday, August 10, I exercised my legal right to return items that did not fit. SCALPERS has made this impossible: no invoice, no return form (Widerrufsformular), no clear refund timeline, and no return address on the website. This is a direct violation of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the German Civil Code (BGB §§ 312g, 355–357), which require transparent return procedures and provision of a withdrawal form. SCALPERS must immediately provide a proper return form and a return label (even if I must pay the postage). Under EU law, the seller is responsible for ensuring that the returned package arrives at its destination in order for the refund to be processed. The clothing is of good quality, but the online service is non-compliant and unacceptable.
An item - with a cost of 51.32 Euro- was received with the security tag on. I have been sending multiple emails and what's up messages for days asking for advice without getting any response. Eventually I was asked to return the item in order to receive a refund or an exchange. When I expressed my concerns considering their delay in replying, and the bad reviews I had read from other customers that tried to return their items, they never got back to me.
I love the brand, I am buying in Spain in a store all the time something. But yes, I live in Germany and when I ordered online I was having trouble to return items. They are not answering emails. But as soon as I called to the hotline a very nice person solved my issue in 2 minutes. So my recommendation is just to call them. Here is the number of a hotline+34955440707 Good luck!
unfortunately you cant rate 0 stars. Trying to arrange a refund (shoes are too small) for two weeks. No response at all!!!! Not via e-mail, website or instagram.....DONT BUY SCALPERS ONLINE!
I love the clothes but the return procedure is almost non existing. Or if it is, it’s like a scam where you just give up after to many barriers and non-communication. If I click on ‘return’, the site goes to ‘error page not found 404’. When I emailed them, I did not recieve a response. A week later I found a way to confirm on the site that I want to return the items and that I would recieve an email with return-instructions. That mail stated I should email them AGAIN for a return label. Ridiculous, but okay I did that cause I want my money back… BUT STILL NO RETURN LABEL HAS BEEN SENT. I mailed them about this twice. No response. This is NOT DONE for such a company.
I did an online order, got confirmation ok. Heard nothing so I emailed them and heard nothing. I suddenly got an email showing the progress of the order and date it would be delivered. It took 12 days to arrive. That’s pretty poor service and organisation from a company the size of Scalpers. They need to up their game to retain their reputation. I’m glad I didn’t have to return the order, God knows how that would have gone.
The confirmation email didn’t come through when I placed my order, and although it took some days to get an answer, once they responded they were really kind and fast. Also the order came in a perfect manner and in a short time. The ladies that wrote to me were professional and nice. I will most certainly buy Scalpers again.

I think I have been scammed. I placed an order and received directly a confirmation but the email address looks very strange. Sent an email to hello@scalperscompany .bebut got no response. So be careful and do not order anything here!
Order no. T3P4670 My experience with this company has been stressful from the minute I ordered. The item arrived far too late and so I was unable to wear it for the occasion I needed it for. I sent it back to Spain as instructed.. having cost me £14!!!! I’ve tracked it to find its location only to find out they’ve declined delivery and it’s now being returned back to me with no reason? Since then, which was weeks ago, I haven’t received it back nor has there has been an update in response to my return? I have tried to contact this company for help on numerous occasions but the responses don’t answer my questions, we’re just going round in circles to what sounds like some automated AI. I just want my money back!

Scalpers Customer service is premium but the transport agency was not according to standard. Its a shame that both parts are not aligned.
T12P1930. Looks like a scam. Order and confirmation on the 15th of february. After that complete silence. Not able to log into an account. Link to custumer service in confirmation is a dead end. No confirmation mail after contacting via website. No answer to my requests so far. And yes, I have received the item. Now I'm in the process of trying te return it. This experience is very similar as the one I had so far. It is not simple and fast. First you have to request a return, the you have to request a return label, then you have to print an "ecoticket" from your account which is much harder the it should have to be. I might get there in the end, but I'm far from a happy customer.
