"I purchased a Senix lawn mower, but when it needed warranty service, the customer care team completely abandoned me. They keep sending the exact same generic, copied-and-pasted replies blaming Briggs & Stratton for delays. I bought a Senix product, not a standalone engine. Any communication issues between Senix and their engine supplier should be handled between them .The burden and the massive delays should not be forced onto the paying customer. Forcing a customer to go without a working mower during mowing season while two companies pass the buck back and forth is terrible customer service. Avoid this brand if you expect them to stand behind what they sell. They will take your money and then make their supply chain issues your problem."

"Love their brushless drill and driver. Just wish they had a bigger battery instead of the 2 amp"

"BOUGHT A SENIX CHAIN SAW 12 AMP CORDED- Very first use , chain kept slipping off the bar. tensioner wont keep the chain in place . tried miltiple times to cut -30 seconds into the cut, tensioner get lose chain slips off . this is my most disappointing purchase . Bought it bcz of price but, what a disappointment and headache. been trying to reach someone vis the contact number - no answer as yet."
"If I could rate them a zero I would. I should’ve read the reviews before I purchased anything from this company because I’m having the same issue that it seems most everyone else. There is zero communication from this company. I have sent emails. I have left voicemails and I have received no response. I used the lawnmower one season and now it’s broken and it’s still under warranty, but I can’t get anyone to answer my voicemail or email to know how to file a warranty claim. There has gotta be a way to get through to this company; otherwise , they should not be selling any of their products at all. Somebody needs to shut them down. My next step is to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency . I know it’ll be a waste of time with the Better Business Bureau. I would you like to know if anyone else out there has been able to talk to anyone at all at this company?"
"Lawnmower wheel broke first cut. Called/ emailed customer service eight times with no response"
"I bought senix 20v trimmer cordless last year and started using 2 months ago. At beginning it was pretty good which is brand new but after a month later the trimmer starts slower trimming then the trimmer head falls off. I reinstall back and able to use but not as strong as when I started using. Two weeks later I was going to use after fully charged battery plug in the trimmer totally not working anymore! I tried to use many times after cleaning around the trimmer head but it not working. I tried to call but nobody answered then left messages and waiting for response but a week went by nobody from senix call back. I emailed twice but three weeks passed no reply from senix. I have very bad experience with their products and services. I will never buy their products again."

"Bought a lawnmower for $600 a year ago from 3rd party seller. The battery died. They ask for a video pf charging the battery and inserting it. She daid your battery is dead. We will be sending you another one. Stop responding to emails and have my number blocked from company. This place was sold to scamjer forieghnets last year and they DO NOT honor warerntees. They will just ghost you. Never buy a Senix product. You will be stuck with a non working item in less than a year. With zero help from the so called SENIX CUSTOMER SRTVICE"

"My husband purchased the senix chainsaw and did the warranty for the battery. 5 months later, used it less then 10 times the battery just quit working. He sent them what they asked for proof of purchase, videos and pictures they have stopped replying to him all together. He’s sent multiple emails and they have just ghosted him. Can someone look into this if you guys actually read these reviews?"
"LSSG-H1 & LSSG-H2 are bad engineered mowers. Rear self propelled wheel bearings went bad during the first year of moving. Furthermore, Customers service for call backs is non-esistence. Upon receiving replacement parts the first time, the wrong parts were shipped."
"There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Their batteries are crap! I've sent emails and left voice messages. They don't reply. They don't support their product!"

"If I could give them a 0 I would. Bought a lawnmower used it on the second time self propelled feature went out mid way through my yard had to go buy a new lawnmower. Heard 1 email in 1 month wants me to jump through hoops and ride a bike at a circus.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHIT FOR COMPANY!!!"
"I bought a lawnmower from walmart on th 12 get it home and started mowing on the 15th mowed half my yard an quit working Call walmart of course they wouldn't help told me to call senix they sent me an email to jump through hoops I do not suggest buying from this company"
"bought a mower back in oct. used it maybe six times before the battery failed. Jumped through all the hoops requested by Senix and there were plenty to replace the battery. After more than a dozen emails and multible phone calls nothing. They have my money and I have a useless mower and a field for a lawn"
"I purchased an X6 snowblower from Senix through Amazon. Three and a half weeks later I STILL do not have the batteries for this battery-powered snowblower. It's sitting in my garage like a useless paper weight. I contacted Amazon about this on March 3 and they sent a message to Senix. Their rep responded the next day and apologized stating that the batteries are sent separately and that the tracking information for the batteries would be available in 3 to 5 days. Having received not further information from Senix over the proceeding days, and getting no tracking information for the batteries, I called Senix directly on March 6. Their customer services rep told me that the batteries had been sent out, but were returned due to some shipping label error on their part. I asked to speak with his supervisor since he showed no empathy towards my situation. His supervisor, Frank, was very sympathetic to me and told me that he would expedite my batteries and that I should receive tracking information on Monday (since it was a Friday). NEARLY A WEEK LATER and receiving NO TRACKING information or emails from Senix, I called them back again on March 12 and spoke with Mike, Frank's supervisor. He told me that my situation concerning the batteries was "in the hands of the warehouse management" and that he would try to contact them to see what was going on and send me an email. Ultimately, I bought a $600 snowblower three and a half weeks ago, have not been able to use it because of Senix's error with shipping my batteries, and now I've been giving the run-around while my new, expensive, snowblower sits idly in my garage during the winter season. This is ridiculous, frustrating, and totally unacceptable."

"I have been dealing with their customer service since November 25 over a purchase that has to date not been shipped. All I have gotten so far is runaround. Let this be a warning, no matter how good the equipment is, if the customer service sucks, so will your experience. Caveat emptor. I will never do business with them again."

"Works great—until it doesn’t. I purchased the Sinex snow blower in late November and initially was pleased. Unfortunately, after very limited use (three times, each with less than five inches of snow), the directional rod broke. I attempted to reach customer service multiple times by phone and email without success. When I finally connected today, the interaction was disappointing and more confrontational than helpful. I provided photos and a detailed explanation and was told the issue would be “reviewed.” I was also told that replacement parts are not available, so if the claim is approved, they would replace the entire unit. Hopefully others have a better experience, but based on mine, both durability and customer support were lacking."
"QFake online purchase never receive the blade and the charger scam"

"Received a good response from senix tool representative Mr M Torres for solving a problem with a senix tool that I bought. Great service."
"Unable to mow 1/5 of an acre with a single charge... Only used the “Senix 60V, 21” Self Propelled Battery Powered Mower” once, just to find out that the battery charge is very iffy to say the least. My house has less than 1/5 of an acre to mow, lawn was not dense or particularly tall. Upon starting with the self-propelled mode on, the charge dropped two bars in less than 5 minutes; so it was clear that was a no go. Then, I turned the self propelled mode off and went on mowing… the problem is that even with the self propelled mode off, I was unable to mow the entire yard and had to give another partial charge in order to be able to finish. That is far cry from the advertised 1/2 to 1 acre cutting range. Either the battery is bad, something is wrong with the mower itself, or the specs are completely misleading. Contact Lowes (where I bought the unit), and was told to contact the manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer, received a standard script with information, responded to the script and got no further response. Bottom line, customer services at Lowes is a useless disgrace. And their manufacture/brand (Senix) warranty service is non-existent."
