"A platform that punishes creators instead of solving problems Sheer has shown me exactly how a platform can fail creators through poor communication, arbitrary enforcement, and unreasonable policies. Our account was permanently suspended over a documentation issue that was fully fixable and clearly explained. The problem was not missing legal documents — it was a simple upload mismatch. We had the correct documents and repeatedly told them so. We even offered to remove all videos and re-upload everything properly. Instead of resolving the issue, they ignored the substance of our messages and kept sending the same vague, generic replies. At no point did they clearly identify the exact content they were referring to. They spoke in broad, unclear terms while expecting a precise response from us — which is impossible when they refuse to specify which video or performer they mean. That is not compliance. That is bad faith platform management. On top of that, not allowing creators to use their own domain or brand watermark on their own videos is one of the most ridiculous anti-creator policies I have seen. A platform that restricts creators from branding their own content while also threatening account closure is not supporting creators — it is controlling them. If you are a serious creator, agency, or studio, understand this: your business can be damaged overnight by unclear enforcement, poor support, and policies that make no sense. My experience with Sheer was unfair, financially damaging, and deeply unprofessional."

Report to the Authorities: Formal investigations are already underway with the Czech Data Protection Authority (UOOU) against this platform. You should file your own complaint to strengthen the collective case. Notify your Payment Provider: Inform your credit card network (Visa/Mastercard) about the merchant's misconduct and request a block on any charges following your cancellation request. "I've had Sheer for a while now, ever since they forced me to migrate to X videos, I've had problems, but over time it's gotten better. Now that I'm increasing my monetization, they always come up with new rules that I wasn't even charged for before. The latest is claiming that I can't use exclusive videos and that I'm duplicating them. I requested to know which videos are duplicated, since in the exclusive tab I've been posting the full video and in the Premium and free tabs I've been posting small parts, to get people to subscribe. I'm literally being chased by them for no reason. It all started as I said, because I had an increase in video monetization."

"I have been using Sheer since July 2023 and have experienced multiple issues with their service. 1. Breach of Terms of Service – Their Terms state that creators who post exclusive content are eligible for a 3-year advance after a 15-day evaluation period. I fulfilled the requirement but never received the promised advance. My attempts to contact support about this went unanswered. 2. Lack of Payment Transparency – On one occasion, I received less than half of the amount I withdrew via wire transfer. When I asked for documentation, Sheer provided no official receipts or verifiable proof. I also requested an MT103 SWIFT confirmation (standard for international transfers) to confirm whether the payment was actually sent correctly. My requests were ignored several times. When support eventually responded, they claimed Sheer charges a fee for providing the MT103, but would not disclose the fee amount and ultimately ignored me. Conclusion: In my experience, Sheer.com has not honored their own Terms of Service and has refused to provide transparent, verifiable payment records. Their support has been evasive and unhelpful. Based on this, I cannot recommend Sheer.com to other creators."

As soon as you request a payment, they will find any excuse of blocking your account. This is an unnecessarily intrusive request, especially in the absence of any clear explanation on how such sensitive personal data will be stored, protected, or used. There is no mention of encryption, retention policies, or user rights regarding the removal of this kind of personal information. In an age where data privacy is more critical than ever, Sheer's approach feels outdated and unsafe. I strongly advise others to think twice before handing over a live video of their legal ID documents—especially when better, more transparent platforms exist."

"I an adult animator who attempted to publish my work on multiple platforms. Going through Sheer to post on Xvideos was one such attempt. It was also a huge mistake. First off, their customer support does not exist. We are talking about weeks for a reply to a support ticket. Secondly, their policies are horrific. I watermark my content to make sure it can't be used for advertising or in an unauthorized way. Well, they removed all my content and told me I was not allowed to publish watermarked content. The only reason for this is if they plan to steal users content and use it in their own way. Such as fake profiles for rl content creators on dating sites, or those "You won't last 5 minutes playing this game ad" for animators, etc. Also the $300 minimum payout is kinda crappy. I was almost there after a week before they froze all my stuff because. I watermark my content. This lead me to do some digging, Sheer is owned by a Czech company called Media Enterprises. Which explains the issues with support etc that they're running on Czech time, and not facilitating World Wide time differences. But their companies footprint is almost non-existent unless they are a branch Central European Media Enterprises. It just all feels very much like they're going to screw you though. If you're an adult content creator sign up through Pornhub or anywhere else. Just avoid Sheer like the plague. **Update** I appreciate the response but I can say the support response time is not an isolated incident. It happened multiple times for me personally. As well as several others have posted about it online on reddit, blogs, etc. As for the TOS and Support I have read those before. My content has not violated them, my watermark is of my main brand etc. Anytime I contacted support about why the video was flagged or removed I got the response "That is not allowed" and that's it. I had all my content removed, and am no longer going to work with the platform. I do appreciate your response, and a request for more information. But I am not giving my contact info you requested."

I have been waiting for a payout for nearly a month now and I first contacted support they said it could take as long as 3 days (It had already been well over a week at that point so I assume they meant 3 weeks). It has now been over 21 days since they "paid" it and still nothing. I'm currently waiting on a reply from their support team."
