My grandson loves this bottle
I didn't even receive the package yet and since 5 days I am flooded by emails with "how do you like our product", "please rate it", "are you excited and want more"... Please get in order that you send this mails AFTER your customers received their products... I reached out already but I can get a refund or resend only after 10 days of no movement from the package. Today is the 9th day, so please leave me alone or check that I get my products. Unbelievable.

This was incredible I can’t believe it has a tastes but it’s just water!! 🤯
Didn’t work. We put the cup and ring together but only tasted plain water. We was really disappointed and for over £30 we were shocked. I went to see if there was a way I could return it but because it’s not in its original packaging with unopened pods I can’t return it. We had to open the pods to get one out .
Signed up for the subscription service and on first service kept getting emails saying payment failed. Despite numerous attempts following BOT instructions,email communications explaining the issues i was having and many a rabbit hole I could not get to speak with a human being that im sure would have resolved the issue. Therefore cancelled my subscription but unable to delete my account. They won't allow this, they just make it inactive. I want all my details removed but still battling as to how I can achieve this!
Interesting idea but it really doesn't work. The most disappointing feature is that when you activate the pod you suck lots of air through the straw making it frustrating to drink. You don't get a steady flow of fluid like you do with a regular straw. Unfortunately they can't be returned so they are just expensive water bottles now.

Excellent leak-proof bottles, and delivery was super quick! A small rubber piece was missing when I received my bottle, which I didn’t notice until my son pointed it out after using it. I contacted the online help centre around 7 p.m., and an advisor quickly helped me identify the missing part. The only downside was that I had to purchase an entire lid (£12.99) just to replace a tiny 2 mm rubber piece that should have been included with my new bottle. I probably could have exchanged the whole bottle, but that felt like too much hassle. Overall, 10/10 for the online support — really impressed with their service!
I bought two air ups for my daughter and son for their birthdays. I would not recommend at all. They're an absolute waste of money. Neither child can taste the different flavours, (I can't either) I've changed pods in both bottles three times but no difference. They also leak, you'd expect for the price paid it not to leak as much as they do.

I’ve not opened it yet as it’s a Xmas gift but keeping getting emails about it. It came in an air up packaging so the kids read it.!!! And the discount code I received didn’t work at first I emailed and got a new code that did work

I received an airup as a gift from my children. A skeptic I was amazed that it does actually work (for me, you may be different).. Today I purchased a tumbler to use in the work van along with some additional flavours. Some flavours don't come across as well as others, but this personal taste. I have 2 gripes... Everything needed to maintain the bottle shoud be supplied with a bottle. This includes cleaning brush!!! On the reoccurring subscription there should be an option to receive 'random flavours'. Set up so the user can select flavours they don't like and then with the subscription only approved flavours are sent out.
The product is great. The options are great. I feel the price could be a fraction less though.
I actually have a bottle and it works but i really want a redbull tasting flavour the original without and of the caffeine
