"They took my money and never sent out the product. I’ve waited 120 days now and haven’t received an update from their customer support team. I’ve reached out to them 3 times and each time I get an automated response from their Zendesk Ai. They do not care. They will take your money and never ship product. And there’s nothing you can do except shell out more cash to get a small claims lawyer involved. Awful, awful people."
"I ordered glasses back in May of 2024, it is now September, and I still have not received my glasses. I have emailed their customer support on multiple occasions and receive the same message every time, that shipping has been delayed but the product has been sent out. The tracking number shows that they arrived at LAX in June but no movement since then and the tracking number is now expired. I know the likelihood of receiving a refund is slim based on other reviews."

Tried to contact them twice still haven’t had a reply back. They are still actively running ads on IG offering free products then trying to upsell you more so someone has to be paying that bill. This store needs to be closed down. They are definitely a scam."

"So the delivery was a bit lenghty at 4 days but when i got the glasses they were actually pretty amazing quality. Better than my raybans. I went to specsavers to see if they are actually polarized and they were ! Which is amazing for this price. Definietely grabbing another pair soon"
