"Really bad experience. They do not honour their obligation to accept return and refund you. They will use any kind of silly excuse, so be aware that if you make a wrong order you'll never see your money back. Stay away, there are plenty of honest stores, no need to deal with these people."

"This shop is not recommended. They claim that our return – on a photo there was a small pollution – but this was not caused by us - are not in compliance with their regulations. They also claim that the item is damaged (a stain) and can no longer be sold. We had to take back the item (a pair of ski pants – easily wiped clean) that didn't fit. The pants were cleaned within 30 seconds. We have Pictures of the polluted pants and after cleaning. But now we have a pair of (not cheap) ski pants that don't fit and double shipping costs for return and return-return-sending! Absolutely not recommended."

Instead of honoring their warranty and consumer rights, they blamed supposed “dirt” and told me to pay for the return shipping—just to have them maybe consider my claim later. Let me be clear: This was not about dirt. This was about a product that aged years within days—something completely unacceptable for a premium brand. Their excuse to avoid handling legitimate complaints is a blatant disregard for customers and basic consumer rights. If you value quality products and decent customer service, avoid this shop at all costs. They’ll gladly take your money, but the moment something goes wrong, you’re on your own. I ordered two sets of ski jackets and pants, but one set didn't fit so I asked for a return and refund, everything from shipping to customer service, from communication to refund was easy, fast and precise. Yes, you have to pay the shipping for a return, that is the only negative thing but they have excellent prices and offers so... products were clean, new and well-packaged."

The store is anything but customer friendly and refuses to accept the return if it was sent too late or the items are not carefully folded and zippers closed. Unfortunately, I was on vacation and filed the return one day too late. Now I have to pay for the entire order and double shipping (return + resend). The products in this store are also available in any other sports store. Better pick one with customer service."

"The English version of the website is very misleading regarding the requirement to pay for shipping on returns. It says that the customer needs to pay, but then just below states that the shipping charges will be refunded when the item is recieved. This is not true, they mean something different, but it is not at all clear. The only option for return shipping cost $86. Ridiculous. I would never have purchased the item if I knew I had to pay for return shipping. Buyer beware. Only order if you are absolutely certain the item will fit."

"I ordered two jackets in beginning of october. The shop delivered the wrong items which i instantly contacted customer service about: i wanted to return the whole delivery. I even paid the return shipping costs, although SkistoreSwing offered me a refund for the 7 Euros. But up to that point, customer service was friendly and i thought i'd leave it at that. When after weeks i still didn't get a refund over the false items which i sent back, i contacted the store again, asking if everything was alright with the shipping. I instantly got a reply, that the package arrived just today (which was three weeks after i sent it and also very suspicious to me that right after me asking about it, it apparently arrived). So the backshipping was not in the time frame anymore according to Skistore Swing and they wouldn't take it back. But i could send them some money for the shipping and they would send the wrong jackets back to me. I do not want the jackets, i ordered something difderent anyways. And I returned them in time!! Now i neither have my jacket, nor the money."
