There are dozens of alternatives out there. Literally anyone else is better. I have since used 2 separate companies and can confirm their exceptionally poor service is not the norm."
"Unfortunately, my experience with this service has been disappointing from the start. I provided all required documents electronically, but my account wasn’t fully activated until weeks later — and only after I sent physical ID, which was difficult as I was out of the country. What’s worse is that they never informed me that any mail received before activation would be returned to the sender. This included important letters from HMRC and Companies House, which has now caused delays with setting up business essentials. The communication has been unhelpful, and I’ve lost confidence in the way they handle such a critical part of running a business."

There was no courtesy shown to help resolve my issue, and I am very disappointed with the service recieved. Sadly, I would never consider using this company for a registered company address again should I have need to. No matter how many customers you say you have SFS, each one is valuable and I didn't feel valued."
